Great stay with good wifi and clean room. Good location in between Asakusa and Ueno Station.
Pros:

My stay at Kin Hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. A bottle of water was provided complimentary daily and it was easy to ask the front desk for one even when I did not ask for room service. Room cleaning was done well and it was great coming back to a clean room after a long day out. Sometimes cup noodles were also available for guests near the check-in counter during supper times. The location of the hotel was good for the price, located near Ueno and Asakusa. It is a quieter but safe feeling area and you can see Tokyo Skytree from outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who do not mind a slightly smaller room and a short walk from the metro station!

Cons:

The room is small but totally understandable considering price and location. It is true to picture, so no major complaints!

Pros:

The rooftop onsen is fantastic and the location is good too. Other than that, I did feel like the rooms and bathrooms were pretty small and could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Still a very good stay though, and given our jet lag, we were very grateful for the uncomplicated and fairly priced late checkout!

寝れなかったので残念です。

Onsen scoperto all ultimo piano, unico nel suo genere, diventa suggestivo la sera.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Forse le ragazze alla reception dovrebbero essere più gentili, come i ragazzi.
