If I come to downtown Dallas again I would definitely stay again.

Great location. Quiet stay.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of JFK sites, restaurants, and historic west side of downtown. Quiet stay, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit hard and hurt my hips. Good pillows though. The wi-fi was also a bit slow on the 4th floor and the basketball game I was trying to watch was chopping/pixelated.

Disappointed.
Pros:

The room looked nice in pictures.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was more we didn’t like then what we did.
When we got there it was very sketchy because there was a homeless man (we assume he was homeless) who approached us in the dark asking for money. Then when we entered the facility’s it wasn’t well lit and added to our uneasy feeling. Then walking down the hall ways it smelled like mold. Entering the room it looked nice but it definitely looked nicer in the online pictures.
When we went to take a shower, rusty water came out, there was rust in the showers and the shower looked/felt yucky. The bed sheets also had a gross stain on it. The windows were also pretty darn dirty. Overall, we were disappointed.
