Great staff. Nice hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was so good!! I looked forward to those delicious pancakes every morning!!

Cons:

I’ve stayed here a couple times, the first time the bed was nice and soft. I slept very good. This past time I stayed the bed was so hard. Extremely hard, felt like I was sleeping on the box spring with no mattress. I didn’t sleep very well.

I'd happily stay here again!
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel looks new and everything was very clean, from the lobby to the room. Breakfast was good. The room was quiet, so I slept well, which isn't always easy in a city hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay, and I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dallas.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue that occurred during my recent stay at your property. While I was staying at the hotel, I received a ticket/citation related to the facility/property.

I would appreciate it if Marriott could review the circumstances surrounding the ticket, including any parking or property policies that may have applied during my stay. I would also like clarification regarding why the citation was issued and whether Marriott can assist with resolving the matter.

Not one thing I did not like nothing about his hotel.

I didn't like that this hotel didn't have its own parking garage.I did not like when I walked in to the hotel.All the staff were quiet and not family or greeting.I didn't like that, I tried to call and then no I would be late for my reservation.And I was on hold for fifteen minutes before I had to talk to somebody , I don't like when I pulled up to valley , and it cost a hundred and seventy dollars for to days. I didn't like that.They don't have a restaurant the food in the moring juat none just coffee and bread
I didint like the #120 deposit for a room its 2026 stop doing that i\nDidn't like that.They said my rumor was ready , and I went to it and the beds weren't made and it wasn't clean. I didn't like that.I went to the front desk and I asked them, but I don't want to stay here.I was like a a refundAnd they told me no I couldn't do that. I dont like this hotel at all its just a big inconvenience and made my stay horrible.

Pros:

I enjoyed the location, breakfast, desk to work, spacious, friendly staff

Cons:

I understand that the heater is set to a certain temperature but it never turned back on kept giving an error code, i called maintenance and they said to wait until the temperature goes down in the room but i guess it never did however i was cold and sort of uncomfortable when it was time to sleep. Also, the phone didn't work. Instead of the receptionist just relating that the company got someone coming out to fix that side of the building in the morning, she acted unclear. Otherwise, nice room
