It smelled like urine and it was an overall gross experience
The whole hotel was horrible
I like the location to 295, 695, 195, and BWI Airport.
The hotel is in desperate need of moderation and more lighting in the hallways!
All of the room doors 🚪 didn't close properly and you could easily hear other people's conversations
I would never stay at that location again!
Staff was very friendly and they were the redeeming aspect of our stay.
We booked last minute and most hotels were booked solid. This room was described as queen suite, 1 queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, closet or wardrobe. We got 2 queen beds in an outdated room with peeling paint on the walls and cupboards. I wouldn't have complained if I was paying under $150 for this room, but at $350 I was expecting much better.

It was not as clean as it should have been. Bed was uncomfortable. I will not stay here again
Staff was very kind
Breakfast Options, continental breakfast should include eggs and bacon. Beds were not very comfortable and there was only once trashcan in the entire room, including bathroom.

Neighbors next to me were arguing in the hallway at 3a.m in the morning I had to be to work....card wouldn't work on my door several times
Location is perfect for work. The snacks & coffee in the morning. Laundry & vending area.
Well my neighbors were arguing....etc etc long story short the guy couldn't get back in the room because the man inside wouldn't open the door this went on for approximately 45min the guy that was outside started kicking, banging and pounding on the door. It scared me at first. Mind you it's 3 a.m. Had to go to work
My room smelled of smoke. Lots of cigarette smoke. Mold sound the toilet. Just really gross.
Neat the airport.
Arrived at 3:00 am gave the front desk all my credentials. However, at 8:30 am the manager was knocking at my door for my license which was given on check in. Very aggressive, also lied I had not made a payment which was done. Basically a very rude manager untrained to deal with customers. I would not stay at this place if you have a plane cancelation because they will not extend your stay to gain some sleep.
The staff was excellent. The young man was nice and had great customer service.

It was not near too much
Nasty! Floor was sticky bathroom not clean no stopper in bathroom sink. Appliances were rusted with mole. There was water damage on the floor down the hallway and they had towels on the floor they never picked up they were just laying and molding you could smell the mold walking through there. Customer service was horrible couldn’t speak to anyone just housekeeping when we wanted to address the issues they stated we are sorry have a great day. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!
