I walked into the room, left , attempted to get a refund but took the loss since I didnt want to die that night

There was a roach in my room, when I asked for a refund I was told I can’t only get half. This is a major inconvenience

Pros:

I like the location to 295, 695, 195, and BWI Airport.

Cons:

The hotel is in desperate need of moderation and more lighting in the hallways!
All of the room doors 🚪 didn't close properly and you could easily hear other people's conversations
I would never stay at that location again!

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and they were the redeeming aspect of our stay.

Cons:

We booked last minute and most hotels were booked solid. This room was described as queen suite, 1 queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, closet or wardrobe. We got 2 queen beds in an outdated room with peeling paint on the walls and cupboards. I wouldn't have complained if I was paying under $150 for this room, but at $350 I was expecting much better.

Breakfast Options, continental breakfast should include eggs and bacon. Beds were not very comfortable and there was only once trashcan in the entire room, including bathroom.

Location price breakfast vending & laundry area prices were reasonable

Neighbors next to me were arguing in the hallway at 3a.m in the morning I had to be to work....card wouldn't work on my door several times
