perfect overnight stay
Pros:

Very warm welcome from Tracey. Fan on and curtains drawn in room which made it nice and cool in this heatwave. Lots of free bottles of water.

Pros:

have to book breakfast the night before so I missed that. There was a nice welcome from the owner but after that I didn't see anyone else. When I left I just hung my key on a hook. As I say, simple, clean, comfortable and good value for money.

This was my second stay and there will be a third!
Pros:

Excellent location and welcoming staff.
A kitchen area full of free tea/coffee and a fridge full of bottled water which were needed in the hot weather.
There is a restaurant which I didn’t eat at but a friend who loves locally said is excellent .
