Excellent Stay!
We loved the property. The staff was very kind and polite. They were also very attentive to service. Everyone did their best to make our stay an amazing one! Big thanks to Rebeca and Diana from reception. Dayana from the Concierge area. Gilberto, Diana, Nanci, Porfirio, Victoria, Yossias, Victor and Raul from the restaurants and beverages. We truly enjoyed the buffet at Mosaico, it was a great selection. We also thank Betty from the vibe team, as well as Yennis. We highly recommend this hotel. The atmosphere is great for families, we loved how they try to preserve all the natural areas. We were able to see a turtle nesting on the beach, A beautiful experience! Although we had a small situation in our room, the reception and David helped us fix the problem swiftly.

These are some names that we are sharing, however, the entire staff at the property made our experience an incredible one!
The location is also excellent. We love the Marina Vallarta área.
I was able to get a really good sleep. Noise was not a problem in our room.
From my perspective, cleanliness was great. The property felt clean and comfortable.
The value offered was excellent. I truly believe it was worth it.
The hotel would not entertain a check in before 3pm. Pool food is terrible, drink service is slow at the pool. Hard to find seats at the pool. Check in process is very slow, they still have paperwork! Checking out on the same day I had to fill out more paperwork! Antiquated processes.

Que nos ofrecieron una membresia pero cuando paso el gerente nos trató mal porque no adquirimos una membresia con enganche de 50 mil pesos
Los servicios de comida era restrictivos, habia que reservar, los restaurantes se llenaban y no habia aire acondicionado afuera
Muy familiar y actividades para niños, muy bonito eñ hotel. Los Restaurantes super.
Me hubiera gustado alguna actividad para adultos en la noche como un bar/club. Pero en gral. Muy bien.
la comida, la alberca muy limpia, los bares de alberca se acabó el Ging :( no había resurtido en bodega
considero que la zona de playa podría tener mejor limpieza
Me gustó las instalaciones, la vista, las albercas son agua caliente, la comida bien lo normal, las bebidas del lobby bar excelente. Tienen nidos de tortuga marina y si tienes suerte puede ver y participar en esta experiencia. La gente es muy amable, paciente y siempre con una sonrisa
It was very bad from the beginning, overcrowded resort and pressure to sign up for the Club sales pitch. The hotel is well past due a renovation they say they have plans to convert it to a Paradisus, the location is great but the beach is not so great. Many of the staff make their best effort to help but some are just jaded and hunting for undeserved tips. You don't tip because you got bad service and then you get worse service and fit becomes a vicious circle. I saw the reviews before and I had a stay at velas booked, and sadly ended deciding for this because of the activities. Bad decision.
Location is good, the beach is ok pool is big.
Hotel is way past due renovation all the infrastructure is falling apart and the employees feel jaded, yo don't tip because you get a bad service, but then you get a worse service because you don't tip. Food is the same everyday very low level. Some few exceptions in the personnel do their best but can't do magic
Pros - Great staff, great food and drinks , close to the beach.
Cons - check in took too long with no AC in the room, dated rooms, bath tub didn’t drained properly, AC not cold enough in the rooms, construction happening, side by side room wasn’t given after numerous requests during check in

El buffet no tiene mucha variedad y lo repiten casi todos los Dias el desayuno no se ve muy apetecible
Ademas que si no alcanzas a hacer reserva ya no puedes acceder a los restaurantes siendo que no están ni siquiera al 100% de su capacidad
La comida y la atención del personal estuvo todo muy bien no hay que llevar nada para estar ahí te proporcionan todo
Les falta área para niños
La comida muy bueno y excelente atención en todo momento
Tener más atención en la alberca por qué hay un poco de basura
