On the whole it was a great stay and would recommend.
Pros:

Location great. Use of Gym really good. Rooms clean with great facilities.

Pros:

Location was great for exploring the East Nashville. The bus station in front of hotel was a big plus!
The staff was just amazing. Would definitely recommend it😀

Great hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were cool 😎 The hotel and rooms were comfortable and well thought out. I will stay here again 😀

Cons:

Room cleaned daily but bed not made. I would have expected it along with the room clean. But this is only a minor issue.

My room concerns and cleanliness concerns were always addressed promptly and I appreciate that.

Cons:

If you’re a light sleeper, this is not your hotel. Between the club noise and hearing your neighbors through the adjoining door, good luck sleeping. The mattress is not comfortable and the pillows are guaranteed to give you neck pain.

Hotel also made an error with billing which I am still waiting on a correction for. Got billed twice for an $18 resort fee per day. Once through booking and then on check out. I am genuinely confused on how this hotel is rated a 9. Made my 8-day stay a tough one.

Lovely staff, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, fabulous big, comfy, clean room and a great rooftop bar. Felt very safe as a woman travelling alone.
