There was continual construction, jack hammers, drilling, concrete. There was a construction site inside the perimeter of the hotel and another construction site on the neighbouring block. Everywhere outside was covered in grit,the pool was dirty due to the construction grit, I could not sit outside, I could not use balcony and furniture, covered in grit and the noise from 8am in the morning until 4pm in the afternoon every single day of a two week stay. No warning, hotel offered to move my room but the noise and dusting of concrete dust everywhere remained so there was no point. The works have been going on for some time so the hotel knew but did not inform anyone, several other guests checked out after one night. I have taken videos daily
El personal fue muy amable, todos. La habitación muy cómoda y grande. La cama realmente cómoda . Solo comimos en el italiano y nos pareció muy bueno y no muy caro. El desayuno de los mejores que probamos. La zona de la piscina nos pareció excepcional. La verdad es que calidad precio me parece imbatible. Además, nos ofrecieron habitación superior sin coste. Gracias por todo!

Location is great. We received a complementary upgrade to partial view of the nile which was a great gesture from the hotel
The amenities were generous. There is a full breakfast buffet available at the hotel
The shops at the lobby have great souvenir in reasobable price
There are two resturants onsite with a bar/ cafe at the lobby which was open till late
The hotel is very old and the aging is very visible in the carpets, shower frame and the pool. The room was clean but again there carpet had a stong oudor of overused cleaning products and the shower is very old school with some not so clean corners. Couple of the electric switches were lose and one not working.
There was a construction by the pool which was too dusty to sit outside. despite close proximity to the Nile, couldn't sit outside and enjoy a drink or relax.

My stay at Sonesta St. George Hotel was truly exceptional.
Everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the staff in the restaurant were professional, friendly, and always welcoming.
The reception team was outstanding, especially the kind young lady at the front desk. here name (Nardeen)ناردين Her warm smile, genuine kindness, and excellent service made us feel at home from the very first moment. If I had the chance to rate her personally, I would gladly give her 10 out of 10—and even more. She is a wonderful example of true hospitality.
My sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.
God willing, whenever I visit this destination again, I will not hesitate for a moment to stay at this beautiful hotel. It will always be my first choice.

Hôtel très proche de la gare de Louxor à peu près 5 minutes en taxi et 15 à pieds. Personnel très agréable, vu depuis l'hôtel très bien, piscine propre ! La plupart des temples étaient à proximité et les activités peuvent se réserver directement avec l'hôtel. Restaurant vraiment très bon ! Chambre impeccable et super confortable.
La ubicación, el trato a los huespedes, la alberca, la recámara.... TODO fue genial, me encantó y la relación calidad precio vale cada centavo, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Las instalaciones de 10, la habitacion amplia… la cama comodisima…. La atención en la piscina…..lo unico malo que las bebidas un poco caras! (La cerveza local stella a 5 euros) la comida del restaurante italiano tb muy buena y tiene una puesta de sol preciosa al Nilo desde el embarcadero

The room is wonderful!!!!!!!! I really hope I can meet the reception people again. The food in the cafeteria was great too. Especially the pasta and the bread.
