Amazing food quality especially for Room service
Just outside the hotel Too many Horse cart and Taxi drivers to intimidate for a trip
The service provided was exceptional, and the rooms were both clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location is conveniently situated near numerous attractions and serves as a recognized pick-up point for third-party guided tours.
Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Rooms were lovely and great service in the restaurants and bars

Great staff and variety of eating chooses
Nothing
It was prestigious
Few. Services. Food quality. All is excellent
It’s a very good central hotel
There were works being carried out on a new pool and it wasn’t advertised
Exactly what we needed and wanted!! Staff were friendly and helpful. We even got a free upgrade which was amazing!! We look forward to coming back!!
Nothing!
Beautiful position on the Nile. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely pool with plenty of umbrellas and sun beds. Good wifi. Rooms are a bit dated.
The bath shower - need a degree on how to use them. Make sure you get someone to explain it to you.
We loved the friendly bartender at Nobel's Bar in the hotel, he was an absolute gem. We arrived late and went to the bar to watch football. We were hungry, but the restaurants had already closed. He kindly brought us chips, cheese, olives, and buns so we would have something to eat.
The breakfast was lovely, and Mariam made sure we had coffee and regularly asked if we needed anything. (The men serving there simply pointed to the coffee machine when we asked about coffee.) The chef making the omelets was friendly as well.
The hotel's location is excellent, and the pool area is beautiful.
The housekeeping staff kept entertaining us by creating towel sculptures in our room. The Egyptian boats were our favorite!
The male staff working in the breakfast room simply pointed to the coffee machine when we asked about coffee, even though the breakfast room was not busy.
Unfortunately, construction was taking place next to the pool, so it wasn't possible to enjoy the view of the Nile from the pool area. The construction noise was also unpleasant.
The cocktails at the hotel were overpriced.
We received a nice handwritten note from the front desk welcoming us and wishing us a pleasant stay. However, when we returned to the hotel after sightseeing, no one asked how our day had been, which I found a bit surprising for a hotel of this standard.
