Best hotel in Luxor
Pros:

Wonderful stay and such thoughtful hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta! The room was perfect, clean, comfortable, and everything we could have asked for.

What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel. They surprised us with a welcome fruit platter and a cake platter because they weren’t able to personally welcome us when we checked in. It was such a lovely touch and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests.

The staff were also super friendly, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s these little gestures and the way guests are treated that really make a hotel memorable.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Pros:

Me ha encantado. Todo perfecto, las instalaciones, la cama comodisima, el personal muy amable, la piscina junto al Nilo preciosa y muy relajante donde se puede disfrutar de unas puestas de sol increibles. El desayuno muy bueno. El hotel esta bien situado. En conjunto yo le daria un 10.

Hotel fantastico, con habitaciones grandes y comodas, bonitas vistas al Nilo. El personal amabilisimo, siempre pendiente de que estes comodo, el desayuno estupendo, lo que destacaria es la piscina junto al Nilo, es increible disfrutar alli las puestas de sol .

Pros:

Great location, beautiful swimming pool. The hotel makes it very convenient to book sailing trips, and the guest rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The female receptionist with dark skin and wavy hair was extremely rude. I encountered her at both check-in and check-out. Her mannerisms suggested discrimination against Asian guests and others.

Siamo stati in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio di coppia in Egitto e ci siamo trovati davvero da Dio! Fin dal primo momento ci hanno accolto benissimo, tutto il personale è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibili, facendoci sentire davvero a casa.
Le camere sono pazzesche, curate nei minimi dettagli, e la vista è qualcosa di spettacolare! Ci hanno trattato benissimo per tutta la durata del soggiorno, sempre con il sorriso e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa.
Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, è stata un’esperienza bellissima e ci siamo portati a casa un ricordo fantastico. Se dovessimo tornare in Egitto, sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel! ❤️
