Cons:

Crack smoking in the parking lot, pot smokers in the rooms, the staff was non existent for a long while, you had to ask for kitchen supplies and it took forever to get them, same with blankets, it smelled in the room.

Studio apartment
Pros:

First time didn't even know that they existed, like a small studio apartment great for long term or just a getaway. I will use them again when family comes to visit keep them out of my hair hahaha

Terrible
Pros:

Had to wait for the room to be cleaned but then got the rooms and the floor was filthy, the bathtub looked dirty and the bathtub was broken. Also, they said they couldn’t see the booking.com reservation, even tho I had a confirmation number and email, ended up having to cancel that and pay almost triple the price through the hotel.

Cons:

Dirty floors. I took my shoes off and my feet were black from the floors…

My experience here is all good
Pros:

I have been almost a year and my experience here has been wonderful Gloria has great customer service. She’s always very helpful and if she don’t have the answer, she will find it. Thank you for all your help yes, I would recommend others.

Pros:

They had an elevator.

Cons:

Beds were lumpy. No coffee pot. You had to ask for shampoo. Wifi was not easy to figure out. We asked for side by side rooms but the were on opposite sides. They finally moved my sis. People hanging out in the parking lot. 100.00 deposit that no one mentioned.
