Pros:

Der Aqua Spa Bereich und Fitnessbereich sowie das Frühstück waren super. Die Zimmer groß! Blütenweiße Wäsche!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man vor allem am Bad. Die Toilette ist gräulich und kalkig, die Fugen an der Dusche teils schwarz. Das Personal war teilweise etwas miesepetrig und flappsig.

Super Lage und toller Pool.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war geschmacklich und von der Auswahl eher durchschnittlich. Es gab keinen entcoffeinierten Kaffee, nur in löslicher Form. Leider schmeckten auch der Filterkaffee und der Kaffee aus der Maschine unterirdisch.

Parkgebühren relativieren den Zimmerpreis!
Pros:

Lage und Frühstück waren gut, der Zimmerpreis war okay!

Cons:

Die Gebühren für das Parkhaus mit 24 Euro por Tag lagen um 100% über den Parkhausgebühren in der Hauptbahnhofsgarage in Potsdam (Vergleich 12 Euro/Tag). Die öffentlichen Parkplätze in Hotelnähe, die vom Personal aktiv empfohlen werden, sind mit Hotelgästen zugeparkt, während die Tiefgarage halb leer ist. Ich finde das eine Abzocke!!!
Die Toilettenschüssel sollte erneuert werden!

Foyer mit Statue Friedrich des Großen

Cons:

Im Einfangsbereich, Foyer, Treppenhaus, Fahrstuhl übelst dreckig, als wäre ein Wildschwein mitsammt des Jägers durch das Haus geflitzt. Soetwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Für den ersten Eindruck ziemlich Ekel erregend.
Schmale Zufahrt in die Tiefgarage. Obwohl im Vorfeld telefonisch erkundigt, ist die Zufahrt ziemlich schmal, Höhe 1,9 m auch sehr niedrig für mein Fahrzeug.
Servicewüste beim Check in. Musste erst einmal durch das Gesamte Hotel flitzen um mein Zimmer zu finden.
Möbel für meinen Geschmack ziemlich altmodisch. Bett sehr flach und tief, Kopfteil nicht höhenverstellbar. Matratze gut.

Der Aufenthalt mit Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat uns über das extreme Hitzewochenende gerettet.
Pros:

Es war sehr ruhig und eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Das abendliche Grill-Buffet war toll.

Cons:

Es ist eher ein Hotel für Konferenzen. Die Ausstattung ist nicht sehr modern und es entstehen zusätzliche Kosten für parken (28€ pro Tag)
