Very good stay. Would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was quiet but close to a lot of restaurants/attractions. I enjoyed being right on the river and had a river view room. Walking distance to Cincinnati across the pedestrian bridge. Breakfast was your typical fare but good. Free parking was great, many spaces available.

Cons:

Had difficulty connecting our streaming services to the tv in the room. My son had to watch it on his phone.

It’s wasn’t a bad stay just not worth the price

The location and room’s layout and extras were appreciated, but some of the problems were disappointing.
Pros:

Great location and view from our room, and comfortable bed with sofa, desk, and temperature controls.

Cons:

There was no room cleaning service for all 4 nights. We called to ask for extra supplies and didn’t get them. We had to go to the front desk for extra toilet paper, body wash and hand towels. The shower had only one setting. The buffet ran out of breakfast items (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc) most days and was organized badly.

It was OK. They just need to really work on communication and getting those rooms in much better shape.

Cons:

Well, first thing we got in the room and it was hot because they had not cut the air down. The pillows were terrible. The bathroom was not cleaned very well the sink was clogged up every time you would run the water because you had to wait for it to go down and no one bothered to tell me at check-in that there was a breakfast on the second floor and the elevators were broke most of the time.

Cons:

The room given to me upon my arrival wasn’t cleaned. I took pictures and went back to the front desk and they placed me in another room. That room had been cleaned. However, the lights over the bathroom sink did not work because I did not want the inconvenience of maintenance people in that room. I stayed in that room for two nights when I checked out I told the desk person about the lights above the sink. He did not apologize. He just said well that may be the room where the lights don’t work and we’re waiting on a part to fix it. Nobody should ever be placed in a room where the staff knows that the lights don’t work in the bathroom.
