Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage am Fluss mit einem tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Cincinnati.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dreckig, der Teppichboden voller Haare und Nägel und sonstigem Dreck. Richtig ekelhaft. Dafür fast 200 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt. Habe das mehrfach an der Rezeption reklamiert, ist nichts passiert. Schlimm, etwas so verkommen zu lassen, denn die Einrichtung wie Lobby usw. sind sogar recht schön.

Perfect location and perfect view. Place clean and comfortable.

Location is great! Close to activities dinner choices transportation You can't beat the view. Staff is helpful and genuine.
Place is neat as a pin.

Horrible staff and parking
Pros:

Parking is horrible, people were not in lines so could not park in the lot and the staff was terrible when asked where supposed to park. They refused to take license plate numbers and handle those illegally parked. The staff knew nothing about the area will not stay there ever again

Beautiful room but parking could use some help.
Pros:

Great location from Cincinnati. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff was great from the front desk and in the breakfast area.

Cons:

Parking is horrible. The spots are tiny and people would not in between the lines which made it hard to find a spot. Lobby could be a little more welcoming looking.

We definitely had a great stay! Everyone slept well in a clean, quiet room with a great view and fri
Pros:

Overall stay was great but I have to say top of my list was employee friendliness! Everyone was always smiling and helpful from desk to housekeeping. Breakfast good and room was quiet, and great view!

Cons:

Hmmmm… maybe have butter sitting out so it’s easier to spread on toast. That’s about it!

Have stayed at this hotel several times from it being Fairfield to the past of Comfort Suites. Has always been a great h
Pros:

Staff was nice and close to everything. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and what happened to the little signs that you could put on your door saying you didn’t want any service?

Highway Robbery
Pros:

The location was the the only positive.

Cons:

Paying a premium for "river view" rooms and being told they don't have the room I booked. They also didn't offer it any cheaper so I just took the hit on the price. The first room they placed us in the toliet seat was broke off the toliet and the deadbolt on the door between rooms was broken and wouldn't lock.

Pros:

That it was on river

Cons:

It was dirty. Breakfast area looked like it hadn’t been touched since 6am which is the start of continental breakfast.
Elevator floors were sticky and reeked of alcohol.
Bathrooms in the rooms were dirty. Like the rooms were nice but it just felt dirty
