Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, everything was nice and clean.

Cons:

No major complaints except for they don't tell you until you get there that it's $25 a day to park... I feel like that should really be on the website and on booking sites.

Cons:

O hotel está localizado em um lugar muito bonito, mas o acesso é médio… não tem café da manhã e os móveis da piscina precisam de reforma.

Noisy. Unable to cancel more than a month ahead though the hotel was “completely booked” and no other room was available

Close to the beach. Nice shower with good water pressure

Cons:

VERY noisy. We were put in a room, room 171, on the bottom floor next to an intersection of a four lane road and were kept awake most of the night with the sounds of constant traffic. The window was definitely not sound proof. There were no black out curtains, only vinyl blinds which let all the morning light in around 5:30 am. There were only two guest rooms in our hallway, the other three rooms were the staff quarters, maintenance storage, and the communal breakfast room which got very loud at 7:00 am with guests and staff hanging out in the hallway chatting loudly. I will not book there again for fear of getting that room again.

It’s was decent for the price as well as the location but the cleanliness was not up to par
Pros:

I loved how close it was to the beach as well as some places to grab a quick bite to eat and our sweet treat after plus there were a couple of stores near by to grab our last minute essentials, the staff was amazing they were very friendly and polite and professional so for the front desk staff I give them a 10/10

Cons:

Over all it was fair, had to wait an hour after check in time to get our second room thank goodness our first room was ready so we just waited in there ,,the breakfast wasn’t great you would be better off going next door to Mc Donalds but it’s free so I guess there’s that , our room wouldn’t get cold only the living room area would but not the bedroom so we had to get a fan , it wasn’t completely cleaned inside the tub there was build up where the jets were and some hairs , the couches in the living room area had some kind of white stain that I could only imagine what from and when we had moved the bed to find our daughters bottle she had dropped there was a lot of crumbs underneath as well as some trash wrappers

Not very relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels and juice.
Bed was comfortable enough. Facility was clean. No room cleaner came until. Day 3 of stay. Constant noise in the walkway outside room.

Cons:

The hotel is right on Pacific Coast Highway. Very noisy all the time.Charging $15 per nite for parking. The place is dated. A kitchenette/counter in the room, but not one plate, utensil or cup was provided.

Nice bed and nice room, but the floor at the sink needs some TLC: polish ? wax? Its awful ! Room 126
Pros:

Kind and attentive employees at the front desk.

Cons:

Floor at the sink and around bath tub very poorly maintained. There were even some foot-prints of previous guest.
That part of room 126 needs immediate attention.

Professional staff, clean facility and excellent location.
Pros:

Very professional staff especially the staff member who check us in. We did not get her name but she was so nice.
Also the guy on breakfast, he is welcoming and greet everyone like they are not in hotel but at home.
