We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Portugal.
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everyone greeted us with a smile, and whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they were kind and helpful. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.
A special thank you to the housekeeping team as well. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, everything was spotless, and we always received fresh towels. It was clear that they took great pride in their work.
The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there.
The location was also excellent, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, we had an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!
Hotel confortavel com um bom pequeno almoço. A localização é excelente proximo a estação de metrô , uma entrada praticamente em frente e leva 10 minutos para estar na Baixa, Chiado. Parques no entorno e supermercados., cafes, restaurantes.

This was the third hotel I stayed at during my vacation in Portugal, and in my opinion, the best one — nice location, friendly and polite staff, and a special thanks for allowing me to keep my luggage after checkout.
The breakfasts weren't bad, but they could have been better.

Además de la amabilidad de todo el personal, la limpieza y la comodidad de la habitación, lo que más me gustó fue el detalle de la neverita y el hervidor de agua en la habitación. Eso nos facilitaba tener algo de picar en la habitación en las horas de mas calor del día. Está situado en la parte moderna de la ciudad, pero justo enfrente tienes el metro para poder moverte. El desayuno estaba bien aunque eché de menos algo más de variedad.
Cuando lo vi por internet me dio la sensación de que era un hotel grande, en la esquina de dos avenidas, con dos fachadas distintas. Pero en realidad es un hotel pequeño y muy coqueto en una calle muy tranquila. Está muy bien el hotel pero no veo necesario poner fotos de algo que no existe.
A pochi minuti dalla stazione metro di S.Sebastiao (linea diretta dall'aeroporto) e dal Centro Commerciale El Corte Inglés.
