Breakfast options were great. The location is also convenient and close to some good restaurants. They have a onsite bar which was great to host visitors.
The location was great. We came to visit the mall, and this location was a short drive to and from. There are a lot of food and convenience stores nearby, which was great for everything we needed. The staff was welcoming upon arrival and check in was smooth. The size of the room was perfect. I love the separate sitting area. The pool was nice and a great temperature!
Breakfast was ok. The beds and pillows were a little hard. I thought we got a 2 queen roon, but they were only full size, so smaller than expected. The lights in the pool didnt come on automatically. We went later in the evening, and probably would have swam longer, but it was dark.

Pues no estuvo tan mal pero poco bueno pero lo que sí no me gustó fue que me hayan hecho un cargo doble a mi cuenta por el alojamiento cuando pregunté por qué lo habían hecho me dijeron que que ellos no lo habían realizado que tenía que arreglarlo con mi banco y el banco me dijo que ellos fueron los que hicieron el doble cargo y creo que eso es una molestia innecesaria
For the price - it was adequate. The service was as expected, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the fitness center had working equipments. Unlike hotels in the Chicago city, this was relatively quiet too, adding to the comfort.
I wish the washroom felt a bit more like a proper Hotel than a cheap motel. It wasn't bad per se - but the cheap quality of towels, toiletry, and bath tissue was obvious.
FILTHY. Dirty walls, stained carpet and walls in hallways, elevator and room. Will not stay again
Very friendly staff! Rooms were a bit outdated and need a refresh! Service was excellent though!
Nothing at all very dirty
We had early check in first room they gave us ended up having bed bugs and as soon as you got off the elevator it was chips on floor smashed then the other room they gave us had dirty sheets ended up having to find another hotel to stay at I do not recommend them at all
We booked for a convention and was pleased with the hotel. We had a large room which made it easy for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Very nice shower. Hotel has a happy hour for drinks and appetizers.
