Pros:

I felt that the service here was truly exceptional.

When I accidentally threw something away and asked them to leave my trash bin untouched,
they promptly informed the housekeeping staff.

Later, when I realized after my stay that I had left something behind and contacted them,
they found it immediately and arranged to have it shipped.

The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety,
and the dining area boasts a panoramic view of Lisbon, so I highly recommend trying it.

If I ever have the chance to visit Lisbon again, I will definitely stay here.

誤ってゴミ箱に捨てたものがあり、ゴミ箱をそのままにしておいてほしいと頼んだら清掃スタッフに知らせてくれたり、
滞在後に忘れ物に気づいて問い合わせたらすぐに見つけて配送を手配してくれたりと、
とにかくサービスが行き届いていると感じた。

朝食バイキングは充実しているほか、会場からリスボンを一望できるのでぜひ利用してほしい。

またリスボンを訪れる機会があったら絶対にこちらにお邪魔します。

老舗ホテルの強みで安心して過ごせました。
Pros:

ロシオ駅（鉄道・地下鉄とも）に近い。市内の主だったスポットは徒歩圏内。隣のビルにスーパーがある。日中は観光、部屋で一休みして外に出るとレストランや土産物店も多く便利。スタッフの方々にも良くしていただきました。

Cons:

室内の設備は正直言って古い。使うには不自由ありませんし、良いお部屋でしたけど。
１日だけ、日中早い時間に部屋に戻ったら清掃・タオル交換・ミネラルウォーター補充がまだだった。
ホテル近くに並んだタクシーに２回乗りましたが、１回は適正価格（空港まで１５ユーロ）だったけど、もう１回は明らかに多すぎる請求（ベレンの塔まで５２ユーロ）だった。

Pros:

Good:
- Breakfast was tasty
- Bed was comfortable
- Complimentary drink on offer on arrival
- Complimentary local desert and port on arrival at the room
- Comfy bed
- Fridge in room
- Coffee machine in room
- Good location and walkable to local attractions
- Staff were friendly and pleasant and professional
- Wifi in room was okay

Cons:

Not as good:
- Pillows were not great
- Rooms need a bit of a refresh (decorating)
- Carpets need a bit of a refresh
- Staff at the breakfast bar were sometimes a little absent and you had to ask for more coffee (minor point)
- One day we were out most of the day but did arrive back at 16:00 and the room was not made up so when they did arrive to make the room up we were having a nap (we decided to not have the room made up that day)
