The property had roaches, lots of stains on beds!!! I have pictures!! There was toothpaste all over bathroom along with mold and floor peeling up and the shower curtain rod was falling
The location. The price.
The elevator was broke majority of the time. The replacement of fresh wash clothes. The microwave was extremely dirty. Did replace however this took a whole day. Cheap furniture which was decent. The curtains didnt have blinds no natural light.

Room was not clean. The bathroom sink ran constantly. TV didn’t work
Didn't have breakfast.
I took pictures of the dirty sheets with hair everywhere and I had to go spray and clean everything too to bottom, the light switches were dirty, the walls, dresser drawers, the counter top, microwave and refrigerator, and once I did that and changed the sheets, I was a little more comfortable and the staff was excellent and so nice, I stayed two nights and it could've been less expensive but it wasn't horrible.
I booked online and when I got to Mobile after traveling from Georgia I learned that it was over booked for the 2 days of our stay and we didn’t get to stay there . This was disappointing to say the least.

I was very dissatisfied with the entire experience my reservation was wrong ,and the room I was given flooded. I was given a second room and one of the beds was dis assembled ,and a pail was in the middle of the floor with water in it from a leak somewhere then I had to wait for a room to be cleaned for 30 minutes.. at that point I was ready to just get a refund. My entire stay was a disaster....
After my experience nothing went according to plans, My entire stay went down hill from that point on...
The receptionist was very nice and the room was very nice and clean
I had a hard time going to sleep because there were people hanging right outside my door sounded like it anyway and they were playing music or on social media but it was loud
The staff was extremely the best. They did everything right here. I used a 3rd party to book my room for the month I stayed and house keeping don’t clean the room at least the month and 1/2 I stayed there they never came into my room. Which was fine I make my own bed and I go get my towels and wash cloths when I need them. So yea I would definitely stay here again
Parking spots are small it’s hard to park with the trees you have growing right where you goto park cut them down so you can park without hitting the trees
I like the location, availability, and affordable pricing.
The room smelled like mildew, because there is no attendant on duty at night, there is constant revving of engines from cars, trucks, and motorcycles hanging out in the parking lot all night long. Sleeping isn't an option until after 4am
