Booked room doesn't guarantee you anything

Nothing. I booked a room and when I got there at 12 am, a receptionist who was probably sleeping told me that there were no rooms available and she couldn't help me. I had to leave.

The toilet was dirty I called the front desk and asked could she send someone to clean the toilet she said yes they 1hour passed and I went to the front desk and asked again she said that she was sending someone but had an attitude hours passed and nobody still didn't come and clean the toilet I was very upset because I payed my money to stay and they gave me a room that was unclean and that's nasty you don't do that don't nobody wants to use a unclean toilet so I had to go to the store and buy something to clean the toilet I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to any to stay at
