Staff awesome. Property needs a little TLC.
Pros:

Walked in the door to check in, met Diane, she was most helpful and awesome. Brought us towels, explained the airport shuttle and extended parking, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every hotel needs a Diane.

Cons:

Some of the maintenance "fixes" in the room were a little suspect. Like they use caulk for a lot of bathroom fixes and it's not pretty. Trim that is poorly cut and installed. Hot tub in the pool area was covered with plywood. Wood fencing outside needs sprucing up. Back of the property looks a little dirty.
Nothing super serious but makes the place look a little overpriced.

Terribly disappointed for my wife’s birthday

The staff were very nice

Cons:

Practically everything 😥. TV didn’t work. Spent hours trying to operate it until finally got room service to do it. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. We had to leave 1 AM in the morning. Couldn’t stay for the rest of the night and was terribly disappointed from the beginning becauseThere was no working Spa. It was under maintenance 😥 our whole purpose of booking the room for my wife’s birthday that’s all she wanted was a Spa so couldn’t get anything. We really thought the courtyard was perfect, but it wasn’t…..very disappointing.😥

Affordable, Clean, and convenient
Pros:

Hotel is close to the airport and provides transportation via a shuttle to the terminal.

Super friendly front desk staff. Easy check in and helpful with places to eat close by.

Hotel is your traditional Courtyard with a throw back feel of furniture. Visible aging of the hotel with past ceiling leaks that have not been repaired but are not leaking anymore. Kinda of an odd smell when you walk into the room. Not sure if it was old wet carpet smell or what but it is constant in two rooms we had.

Priced good and convenient to local restaurants and airport.

Won't stay here again.
Pros:

Disappointed. Front desk personnel were rude and did not present in the way Marriott employees typically greet and manage their guests. They often appeared inconvenienced and bothered to be of service to their guests. Rooms were nice, but NO microwaves. Hot tub was not even warm, and only 2 of 6 jets were working. Not a typical Marriott stay in any way. Won't return.

Pros:

Everything was great until we were sleeping in the morning (only 9am) and an unknown person or house keeping used a key and opened up our door. No knock at all. Only thing preventing them from getting in was the door stopper. Very startling to wake up to. When we went to check, we found out our keys no longer worked. Reported it to the front desk, she was very nice but didn’t give a reason for why this could have happened.
