Not coming back
Cons:

No towels in the room, I had to bring it up, coffee maker had old water from previous visitors. Pillows so soft that didn’t have any functionality. Nobody cared.

I strongly recommend to stay at the hotel when in bergen

Cons:

There was a staff at the front desk who was not accommodating never the less there was another staff who helped us move to a better room was very customer oriented and friendly.

The location right on the Harbour. It was quite, away from street noise.

Cons:

The attitude and abrupt manner of the woman that was at the check-in desk. She was on the phone with a personal call, then proceeded to be uncaring about her job of getting us checked in with our reservation.

Zentral gelegenes schönes Hotel mit nahem Haltepunkt für die Flybussen zum Flughafen.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon ( ein kleiner Hocker passt darauf) und einen super Ausblick auf Bryggen.
Wir haben super wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Der hohe Einstieg in die Dusche.

Great breakfast!
Pros:

Amazing breakfast. Nice breakfast room overlooking water.

Cons:

Small room. No bathmat. Weird pillows.
There was a nightclub somewhere right outside our room. On Saturday, it was incredibly noisy until about 2:00AM.
Location is just okay. We preferred the area south of the water, near Ole Bulls Plass, prettier with better restaurants.
