It was a VERY BAD STAY!
Pros:

No breakfast

Cons:

The beds were HORRIBLE. Must have been mattresses someone found on the side of the road. So small! Deep indentations,higher in the center. My husband was so uncomfortable ,he got up and tried to sleep in the ONE CHAIR in the room, but couldn’t. My husband ,my daughter, and I were there for my surgery Tuesday, so we really needed rest. Bad beds, and ONE CHAIR FOR THREE ADULTS certainly made a stressful situation worse.
Staff knew we are handicapped. The shower has ONE grab bar.(Not enough)
Never in my life have I seen a toilet paper roll on a moving swivel you had to wrestle with your left hand behind you while seated on the toilet. ( THE ROLL FALLS ON THE FLOOR)
I still haven’t figured out the bathroom faucet (On,Off, Hot, Cold)
No ventilation fan. In a bathroom. ?????
There was one fourth of a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Had to go to the front down a very long hall to get ONE roll ( they couldn’t bring it to us) Again, they knew we are handicapped. And I had asked for a room near handicapped parking. It wasn’t.
I believe there were two bath towels for three adults.
All things considered, it was a night we will never forget, and not in a good way. We have stayed at the Hampton Inn in Kerrville, Texas many times. It has always been delightful.
Hampton made what was a difficult situation already even more difficult.
We didn’t stay for the second night we had paid for and drug our exhausted bodies home when we were too tired to drive safely.
To think we paid for this experience!!!
I’d like to hear from corporate.

Good place, pretty good breakfast.
Pros:

Everything was great, a comfy room, little fridge, close to where I needed to go.

Cons:

There was a bit of a funky scent in the elevator but other than that, it's was all fine

FWC en Houston!!!
Pros:

Esta es una excelente opción si el principal motivo de tu visita a Houston es ir al NRG Park, la ubicación es inmejorable, si se tiene que caminar un poco, pero vale la pena considerando el costo de los servicios de Uber y el tiempo en transporte público no es muy diferente. Además, cuenta con buena conexión al tranvía que te lleva al centro de la ciudad lo cual también se agradece bastante. Finalmente, el personal fue amable en todo momento. El desayuno cumplidor, aunque no tan variado.

Cons:

Las camas son un poco pequeñas y el espacio en las habitaciones me pareció un tanto reducido.
La distribución de los conectores me pareció que no era la más adecuada y la iluminación del cuarto igual podría mejorarse.

Pros:

Location ,convenient to Medical center. Shuttle available every hour , till 6pm.
Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed ,for me ,want the most comfortable. But still got good sleep, very quite atmosphere.

Cons:

I asked for a handicapped accessible bathtub but my requirements were not met. Let's just say thai my idea of an accessible bath tub greatly differ from Hampton linn's interpretation! That parking seriously lakes ADA parking spaces.
