Pros:

Great location next to main station and even closer access to underground station. Luggage storage useful and very nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Little drinks and snacks shop at 24 hour desk is a nice addition.
Various restaurants at main station in very easy reach and also deliver to hotel if you need to stay in to rest your feet!

Cons:

Wifi mostly didn’t work. In main reception area you could connect but no internet. On the occasion there was internet, we could not connect anyway in our room on first floor (signal too weak).

Pros:

Großes Zimmer. Betten waren großzügig. Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Immer sauber. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

WLAN war nicht ausreichend. Duscheinstieg zu eng. Zimmer 411

Sehr bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gepäckaufbewahrung.

Cons:

Keine Steckdosen am Bett. Zimmer recht dunkel. Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

Pros:

Great location, right next to the main station.

I stayed here for the 2nd time, always last minute after some train issues, missing my last connection to leave Vienna due to delays.

The night receptionist is so kind and friendly and helpful, always getting some toothpaste and toothbrush for me. It makes the whole ordeal of transport delays more bearable. Thank you for your help!

Die Lage dierekt am Hbf. Frühstück ist normal. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Gut wir sind schlank, passten aber gerade so in den Toilettenraum, wenn man die Tür zu machen wollte. Kann schnell schwierig werden. Und Farbe können die Zimmer,Flure, jedenfalls in Etage 4 auch mal wieder gebrauchen.

Pros:

Der Standort war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Zu eng, nicht genügend Ablagefläche für die Kleidung, Schrank zu klein. Es war keine Garderobe vorhanden.
Die Türen waren schlecht zu. Schließen. Die Türklinken waren verschließen und eine hat sich fast gelöst.
