Très mauvaise expérience pour 1 nuit.

Chambre 411 - Les nuits des 21/22 et 28/29 mai dernier - 3 lits 2 tables de nuit dont une branlante, 1 seule chaise et un rocking chair, 1 lampe de tablette en panne, pas de tablette convenable, pas de prise électrique et spécialement pour la dernière nuitée il y avait un ventilateur au vu des chaleurs importantes, mais où le brancher et pour conclure j'ai payé pour 2 petit déjeuners et je devais me rendre à l'aéroport, j'avais demandé 2 lunch packets que je n'ai jamais reçu, or Garner Hôtel avait confirmé cette demande. Donc chambre 411 très mauvais pour une nuit. si les autres chambres sont de la même sorte, ils ne me verrons plus. J'attends des excuses de cet établissement et un remboursement des 2 repas non livrés.
Je compte me rendre à Vienne pour les marchés de Noël en décembre prochain et je me pose de sérieuses questions

Стены в номере были обшарпанные. Не было кондиционера и было жарко. С соседнего номера воняло наркотиками. Отель очень уставший и обшарпанный

24 hour check in with staff was great. Room was large and well laid out, modern and nice

Cons:

There was noise from the square below from early morning. One man in particular had a big booming voice and unfortunately was quite loud in our room.
