Pros:

Goede ligging tov station, geweldig ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Kan wel wat liefde/onderhoud gebruiken, veel muren ed beschadigd en kapot. Verder was op deze kamer, 317, de badkamer veel te klein voor een 4 persoonskamer, denk ongeveer 2m2., incl tiolet ...Je kon niets kwijt, en was amper ruimte om in de badkamer te staan

Die Lage ist sehr gut da es quasi gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof ist. Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Leider ist diese Hotel ohne Klima und im Zimmer ist es sehr heiß gewesen. Es stand zwar ein kleiner Tisch Ventilator im Zimmer dieser war aber erstens sehr Staubig innen und hat auch nicht sonderlich geholfen. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer was für eine Nacht ok war, aber es ist schon sehr minimal gehalten gewesen. Das Bad war sehr klein und eine Steckdose neben dem Bett war auch nicht vorhanden. Sonder ca 1 Meter über dem Bett was ich sehr komisch fand, diese Steckdose zu erreichen ist abgesehen von der Länge des Kabels sehr eigenartig gestaltet. Die Wände waren sehr hell hörig und man hatte das Gefühl das der Gast vom Nebenzimmer eigentlich im selben Raum steht. Für 1 Nacht ist es grade noch akzeptabel - aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es nichts für mich.

Would return on a revisit to Vienna
Pros:

Great location for transport access and an easy 20 minute walk into the centre of the City, family room was very large and comfortable, friendly staff

Cons:

Wifi was poor in our room and would have liked a small fridge

Pros:

La ubicación frente a la estación.

Cons:

La atención. Las habitaciones poco mantenidas, en planta baja pésimas, con pedazos de pared descascarada. En planta baja no llega el wifi. O sea tenés que ir a recepción. Pésimo. En el primer piso no limpiaron nunca la Gaby, solo estiraban la cama. 3 días con la misma pluma de paloma en el piso.

Der junge Mann an der Rezeption als auch die Dame, die im Frühstücksraum für Nachschub und Sauberkeit gesorgt hat, waren überaus freundlich und bemüht, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wunderschön angerichtet, das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre entspannt und gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen sehr angenehm-lediglich eine Klimaanlage haben wir sehr vermisst - diese wäre sicherlich eine gute Investition für den nächsten Sommer! :)

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstücksbuffet absolut ausreichend, Betten sehr bequem.

Convenient location but not very comfortable.
Pros:

It’s just across the street from the main railway station ( Wien Hbf). Since we needed to stay only 1 night in between our trains - location was perfect.

Cons:

No air conditioner. Open window could partly help, but the street is very busy and it’s quite loud even during the night. We had a ventilator but it was a challenge to find a place for: there was no socket near the bed ( which made charging phone difficult as well).
WiFi was available only in bathroom which was awkward.
