Only good thing was the location.
The room had a strong damp, musty smell. We even purchased air fresher beads at a nearby store and they did little to abate the smell. We had to keep the window open, but that meant dealing with the traffic noise. The carpet had numerous stains, and the picture on the bathroom had cracked glass, and the cracks were taped with scotch tape.

Breakfast was very subpar: only white bread/toast. No protein at all; poor choice of cereals. Coffee tasted lousy. Went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.

Bed was horrible, room was run down and musty. Cracked tile in the bathroom, pealing paint, drapes would not close because they were broken.We both didn’t sleep well and ended up stuffed up and headaches in the morning.
Regan when she identified we had a problem with our room she upgraded us to an acceptable room.
The room we were giving smelled like a wet dog. We opened the window for a couple hours while we ran some errands. When we got back it still smelled awful. We requested a new room and then Regan dismissed our concerns by saying "I would have stayed". She sprayed some odor eliminator to see if we would accept it I did not cause the spray made it hard to breathe and I knew the smell would just be back later. And I would have shaken this off as just a bad attitude, but the hotel demanded a deposit of $50 and it took a whole week to get it back (maybe longer I'm still working on fixing that). This put me behind on bills I had coming out later in the week. I Will Never Stay At A Quality Inn Again!
