Fantastic Navigli location with a lovely spa and exceptionally helpful staff!
Pros:

Fantastic location in Navigli, close to restaurants, bars, shopping and public transportation. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the spa.
The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. I had injured my foot during my trip, and whenever I asked for ice they brought it to my room properly prepared in bags so I could use it easily. The air conditioning in room was great. Refrigerator had some items for sale, but I simply moved them for my own things. Bed and pillows were very comfy! Nice robe!
Breakfast was great. Plenty of options even gluten free and vegan.
I also had a minor issue with the room electricity a couple of times, which they fixed immediately, and they kindly removed some charges from my bill for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the level of service and how well they took care of me.
There is a Carrefour express market steps away.
A tip for car to/from MXP - I pre booked a taxi using the app FreeNow. It was only 110€ from hotel to MXP when i departed. Taxi can drive to the front of the building even though it's a pedestrian and authorized vehicle street I believe.
As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely sate and welcome!

I had a minor issue with the room key/electricity system a couple of times, but it was resolved immediately and handled extremely well by the staff. Hair dryer was not the strongest but that is expected in most European hotels.

Que hay aperitivos en ciertos horarios que te ofrece el hotel , pero en el momento que te acercas a servirte está ahí la persona que ofrece las bebidas ofreciéndote la carta , como que te dices te sirves pero tienes que comprar las bebidas

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen található, a közlekedéshez és a metróhoz közel. A személyzet barátságos, a reggeli kitűnő volt. Bár egyes részein felújítás zajlott de ebből szinte semmi sem volt érzékelhető.

Good location, decent setup but its just pretty dated and could do with some TLC. Good value though.
Pros:

Location is good - well setup - there were renos happening so they seemed to be throwing extra food, services etc etc - seemed like a social place in the lobby.

Cons:

Its pretty dated - someone put a lot of work into it a while ago but I think it just needs better maintenance, additionally more signage and explanation of whats going on and how things work. For example - airconditioners are on a temp timer so once it gets too hot they turn on, we ended up getting sick from them and frustrated in trying to switch them off - after we chatted with the lobby, they said it was automated as people had complained its too hot and they could switch them off. Eitherway it would have been great if this was communicated to us and so we were given the option - it made our travel harder getting over the congested sickness. A simple sign would have been extremely helpful.

Excellent hotel pour visiter Milan et profiter de l'ambiance de Navigli
Pros:

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Milan et surtout profiter du quartier Navigli ! L'hotel est propre, le petit déjeuner agréable, les chambres spacieuses et confortables. l'hotel dispose d'un parking sécurisé. L'emplacement est idéal et proche des transports. il est à 25min à pieds en marchant tranquillement du Duomo, et cela permet de visiter en marchant plusieurs spots. Je recommande.
