Location and pool
Location was a picturesque old port. Very popular and a mixture of visitors. Our hotel was fantastic although we have stayed there before. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing. Everything to meet ones taste. A lovely relaxed stay.
I can't really say there was anything I didn't like.

Fantastic location in the Old Port area. 5 minutes walk from the train station, and on the doorstep of many options for food and drink. Excellent free mini bar options too (non alcoholic), water fountains in the corridor so no single use plastics. The pool was a fantastic bonus with 30 degree+ heat too!
No real criticism, not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for!

Il manque une échelle pour descendre dans la piscine car nous sommes obligé de faire le tours et penser pour les enfants
J’ai réservé la chambre pour une nuit pour faire une surprise à ma sœur on m’avais répondu qu’il serais possible de mettre en place une décoration dans sa chambre ainsi que un gâteau pour son anniversaire au final rien a été fait si j’avais su je n’aurais pas réservé dans cette établissement pour elle aussi il n’est mentionné nul part qu’il faut une emprunte bancaire pour une caution dans la réservation même en général les taxe sont mentionnée dans l’annonce et là ce n’était pas le cas le parking été également payant mais ce n’était pas mentionné non plus j’ai été très déçu car ma surprise n’a pas été réussi comme elle l’aurais dû l’être et comme on me l’avais promise cela dit une personne du personnel été très agréable mais celle qui nous a accueil l’était beaucoup moins je ne vous recommande pas le lieu si vous souhaiter offrir ou faire une surprise à quelqu’un …
En plus elle avait mentionné en arrivant le fait que c’était une surprise, mais apparemment ils ont pas fait le lien du tout…
L’emplacement prêt de la gare mais sans bruit de train est top.On est sur le vieux port aussi. La femme de chambre , Linda je crois , était charmante. Ma chambre privilège était super , au calme , grande. J’ai pu dormir fenêtre ouverte. J’ai respiré car pas de moquette dans les chambres mais du parquet. Je me suis baignée dans la piscine. Séjour très vacances.
Excellent hotel in a brilliant location on the port. Near to restaurants and bars. Huge breakfast selection. Really nice pool area. Great value for money.

Location excellent with easy access to restaurants and Port. Staff helpful and friendly and hotel spotless. Facilities were very good and breakfast excellent. Parking in underground car park was perfect with very good rates. Would definitely stay here again when in area..
