Perfect gelegen aan de haven van La Rochelle, met alles op wandelafstand en parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en bij mooi weer kun je op het terras ontbijten met prachtig uitzicht op de haven. Onze eerste kamer was helaas vrij klein en compact (standaard kamer met kingsize bed), waardoor ze wat benauwd aanvoelde. Gelukkig konden we na twee dagen omboeken naar een grotere kamer met balkon (privilege kamer) , en die was fantastisch.
The pool and community areas were lovely.
The bedrooms were quite small, no teacups in the rooms, and no milk provided for tea and coffee. We had to ask for this.

Hôtel très bien placé, piscine agréable, chambre confortable, très bonne literie, personnel très gentil, deco de l’accueil et lobby très réussie. Rapport qualité prix correct. Bouteille en verre avec eau filtrée plate et pétillante dans le couloir. Restaurant et petit déjeuner non testés
L’architecture de l’immeuble en U fait qu’on est un peu enfermé quand on donne sur la piscine. Bruit de ventilation extérieure important qui impose la fermeture de la fenêtre la nuit. Pas de machine à café juste des sticks. Personnel de ménage qui est entré à 9h30 dans la chambre !
The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment since our last visit, and has a nice terrace and bar area. The room was adequate, and there is parking.
The hotel public areas are large and modern, and it's in a great location near the marina and the aquarium.
Check in was meant to be from 3pm but our room wasn't ready until nearly 4pm so we had to wait in the bar.
The parking payment left a lot to be desired - instead of paying on checkout with everything else, you have to save your ticket, scan this at a machine at the barrier on exit and pay at the machine. We could not do this, we had trouble scanning the ticket, then the machine rejected all of our bank cards so we had to get assistance and go to Reception to pay, then wait for them to raise the barrier. This all caused a queue behind us.
Tout etait parfait, emplacement super, accueil sympathique et chambres tres confortables et propres.
La piscine est bien.
Petit bémol a la piscine peu de transats surtout quabd des gens égoïstes les réservent meme en 12h et 14h lorsqu'ils partent déjeuner idnamissible !
L'emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est très aimable et poli.

Le petit déjeuner est délicieux : produits variés (différentes sortes de beurres, de confitures, de beurres de cacahuète), les différents pains sont excellents, les fromages proposés sont de qualité etc
La pression de la douche et de la chasse d'eau très très faible. Nous l'avons signalé : on nous répondu que c'était en raison d'une préoccupation écologique mais la pression était bien meilleure dans les toilettes de différents endroits de l'hôtel.
Idéalement situé proche du port et des parkings, chambre bien équipée, personnel aimable
