This is our second trip to the National and we love it! The rooms are nice and clean and large (poolside king cabana). The service team from the front desk throughout the entire property is top notch. We love lounging by the pool and having a snack from the pool bar menu. The food and beverages we had we very good. The location makes walking to a lot of places very convenient. Onsite bike rental was also a perk we enjoyed. There is also direct access to the beach which is nice (with towels and loungers included).

Great location on the beach. Walking distance to Lincoln rd. And ocean drive and next to the bike and walking trail along the beach
All areas of the hotel including our room in the Cabanas were exceptionally clean
Pool side restaurant has amazing food
Spanish restaurant in the lobby also serves great Spanish inspired dinners and provides indoor and outdoor seating
My favorite spots are the two pools. One pool is an amazing 200 ft plus long and both are clean and well taken care of
My five star rating also was influenced by the staff. They all especially the servers and bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly and professional
I would highly recommend this hotel and as a matter of fact upon checking out we booked another stay 2 months from today
Everything! I loved sitting by the pool with plenty of options to be in the shade!

What a lovely staycation!! National Hotel is truly in a category of its own… organic hospitality that made you feel welcomed and relaxed. We stayed in one of the cabana’s overlooking the pool and it was the perfect hideaway for the 3 night my husband and I stayed. The decor / ambiance and overall adults only energy allowed into relax deeper and reconnect with each other. The pool bar team
Is incredible and everyone works soo hard. Joanna makes the best mojitos ever and they have some of the best coconut waters I’ve had in a long time.
Evening restaurant manager Z was amazing and took great care of us and last but not least the beach cabana attendant Jerry was phenomenal.

We had a wonderful stay at the National Hotel Miami Beach. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is fantastic, and the beach area is clean and well organized. We would especially like to recognize Luciano at the front desk for his exceptional service. He was kind, professional, and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd also like to thank Robert for his friendly and helpful service. In addition, we'd like to recognize the gentleman who worked at the beach during our stay from August 4 through August6. He was incredibly kind and made sure we were comfortable, and he really made our beach experience special. The only minor concern was the additional charge for the beach umbrella, which would have been nice to include. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend the National Hotel Miami Beach. We look forward to returning in the future.
Best staff ever. Everyone is so nice and accommodating Joanna at the pool bar is the sweetest! Room is clean and very modern. I wish there were more food options for dinner. I love the “no children” policy. I can’t wait to go back!
Another wonderful stay at the National! Absolutely the best pool and pool staff in Miami. If you are looking for a quiet during the day and lively at night place to stay book the National and be prepared for excellent service, two dream pools with the most attentive staff, delicious food and an outstanding location. Looking forward to returning!
This is the 6th time I’ve come to Miami and the first time I’ve ever stayed here. I have to say it’s now my new favorite hotel. Everything about it I loved. From decor of hotel and rooms, staff and grounds. I’m just sad I only had 13 hours here. (Late check in and early check out). Before checking out I walked around and grounds and was just so impressed. Also great location. Sad I didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities.
We always stay at the National. It’s beautiful and convenient to things we enjoy.
