Simply put: Thanks for Everything

My wife and I celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary at The National Hotel a few days ago. It was our second visit to the hotel and I wanted to take the time out to thank the hotel management team for its wonderful staff. First and foremost, the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is simply amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel and its attention to detail is refreshing. In short, my wife and I were treated to graciously by everyone. *Of note- my wife and I wanted to point out the Manager of the Umbrella Chairs / Cabana's located on the beach. Manager Jeff and his assistant Gerry were simply so kind and thoughtful. They went out of their way to set up our cabana throughout the our duration of the week with care and kindness....constantly checking in on us to make certain that we were fine. The food staff at both the tiki bar and vestibule area leading to the area pool were thoughtful and kind as well. MY wife and I love the National simply because it is quite honestly refreshing. Your workers our kind-hearted, gracious and generous which is something that is not heard of today. Please know that we will always stay at the National should we visit South Beach again.

Excellent choice!
Pros:

Came to Miami a few days before we took a cruise. My wife and I had one room and our son had another room. We chose city view and they put us near each other on the 6th floor. Super nice staff at the entire establishment. Excellent location, everything was walking distance or a simple short uber. I ordered some last minute items from Amazon and there was no fee from the hotel to receive and hold my delivery. This is definitely where I stay next time.

Another great visit to the National
Pros:

Our 'go to' place on Miami Beach, the National offers a relaxing, high quality getaway for us. The Cabana rooms are spacious, in excellent condition and offer a nice patio overlooking pool area. The pools are exceptional, as is the beach and convenient location. Finally, all staff at the National are too notch.

Pros:

Nayenci went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable all day. She helped us with chairs and umbrellas, and even moved the umbrellas several times throughout the day so we could stay in the shade as the sun shifted. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. She constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile.

Pros:

We come to Miami about once a year for a long weekend. This is the first time we stayed at the National and we will be back. Everything is top shelf, friendliest staff so work hard to ensure you are enjoying your stay. Sarah, the pool attendant made us feel like royalty every single day. Can’t wait to till next year.
We stayed in the cabana rooms which was very convenient, quiet and great people watching from the balcony.

Great drinks, better service
Pros:

My husband took me to get some cocktails for my birthday and both Tobey and Margaryta made my night so amazing! They were wonderful bartenders that made the most delicious drinks and they had great personalities. Give them raises! They’re seriously the best! I’ll be back for sure with friends!!
