Awful and Digusting
Pros:

We checked in after driving 14 hrs and arrived into the room, which was completely disgusting. There were cobwebs on the walls above the curtains. There were stains on the sofa and the pullout mattress covers. The King bed also had multiple stains. The wood was falling apart by the fridge. The carpet was filthy and coming up off the walls. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room due to the conditions. She told me that there were no other rooms available. I decided that I wasnt going to be able to stay in the room for even a night even though my reservation was for a week. I booked a different hotel and told I would receive my full refund due to the conditions. They ended up charging me
a night stay. I tried to contact the manager multiple times by email and phone and no response. She ultimately declined my request for a refund. This place is a joke and the customer service of the manager was disgraceful.

Great Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. Excellent if playing in a baseball tournament at the Met or just wanting to experience some of what Birmingham and Hoover has to offer.

Pros:

If you’re just looking for somewhere safe to rest nothing fancy this is your hotel. Beds are comfortable. The hotel room was nice just needs some renovations. The staff were friendly, and I tried to check in early and one of the members even went above and beyond as to contact me and let me know when the first available room was ready. Lastly, Don’t expect much for breakfast I think all they had was eggs, bread, Cheerios and something to drink not much.No meat . I don’t know if it was because it was a Sunday or what but the breakfast food was very scarce.

Cons:

The front desk told us the swimming pool was ready to swim. Then when we get there, there is a closed sign on the pool. After asking her again, she said it’s good and took the sign down. Then after my children and I swim for 40 minutes she pulls us out and says we haven’t been tested or approved my health department so she closes the pool again

Pros:

I do not expect this kind of hotel. This is a below-average hotel. I hope you can take care of this facility and remodel it. The sheets are old and not clean. I asked housekeeping to change them. The smell of the hotel is not good. The breakfast is really below-average.

Waste of money!
Pros:

Nice front desk staff and comfortable bed.
That's where it ends. I thought the Hyatt was a higher standard hotel. I will NEVER stay here again.
The breakfast was horrible along with broken ice machines. Other guests were disappointed as well...

It’s fine
Pros:

It was adequate. Clean and spacious. Staff were fine but not welcoming. Nothing really wrong but nothing great so I’d happily try one of the many other hotels in the area.
