Pros:

Location was good. Bed was comfy. My daughter enjoyed the spa and pool.

Cons:

Mainly the fact that the $100 hold you put on is still on hold 4 weeks later. I called and you said its a bank issue, but I have stayed at hotels before that have taken a hold and never has it taken this long for the money to be returned.

Pros:

Location was excellent to our needs. Great hot water pressure and temperature.

Great Value and a Truly Helpful Receptionist
Pros:

Fantastic location — close to cafés, shops, the CBD, and plenty of public transport options. Keep an eye out for the free 98A and 98C buses.

Room: Older-style furnishings but comfortable overall. Boiling the kettle inside the armoire felt a bit unusual — not entirely sure it’s the safest setup. The mattress was quite firm, though the sheets were clean and there were plenty of blankets provided.

Reception: I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he’d only been there for two months. He was incredibly apologetic about the short wait during a busy check‑in period and was extremely helpful with every request. Nothing was too much trouble. Truly a gem — thank you for the wonderful service. Sorry I didn’t get your name.

Clean comfortable affordable accommodation
Pros:

The location is fantastic. It doesn't matter if your staying for 1 night or multiple you are spoilt for choice where to dine, from a sit down fancy meal or the grab and go or a good old fashioned pub meal the choices are endless. Considering the location you would expect it to be noisy but I found it surprisingly quiet once in the room.
The room was spacious and clean. With a reasonable size bathroom with a bath which would be great for a family.
My fridge was turned up to high and froze my milk and the shower had a huge blow out in the faucet. The staff were amazing when informed.
Great value for money.

Would recommend this hotel for location and pet friendly. Everything at your doorstep.
Pros:

Excellent location with great food choices all along the street, everything within walking distance. Was a much needed break for us and our dog from travelling across the country.

Cons:

Rooms are a little outdated but still happy with our stay as it was clean and pet friendly.

Clean and friendly staff.
Pros:

Was close to where I needed to be. Is near a lot of good food places. Staff were understanding of my needs.

Cons:

Had to get in bath for a shower was worried about slipping. Paying for car parking. Breakfast not open for winter.

Pros:

War soweit alles.o. k.. Zu unserer Reisezeit war es relativ kühl und wir haben die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlange sehr geschätzt. Alles funktioniert wie es soll.

Cons:

Das Haus und die Zimmer kommen auf den Bildern deutlich besser daher als es in Wirklichleit
ist. Tatsächlich ist es doch schon alles gut ge- und abgenutzt.
