The staff was great, the place is run down.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarettes & marijuana. I had to get a deodorizer to help with the smell.

Better than nothing.
Pros:

Not much. Overall appearance looked good but a few discrepancies made it not so good. The air conditioner was great.

Cons:

The drains in the shower and bathroom sink would back up every time you used them. The ironing board fell apart and I had to put it back together. There was a nut and bolt missing. The microwave door would not open. The refrigerator door opened in the opposite direction. Anything else? There was a desk but no lighting around it. You needed a step ladder to get into the bed and I'm 6 feet tall.

It is like no one cares about this hotel...it is run down.
Pros:

Not much. The location was the only positive. It was close to my friends home.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. The coffee machine was not working & there was barely any food. Just small muffins. nothing to drink, not even water. You should not be advertising that a "Free breakfast" comes with your stay. False advertising. This was the worst breakfast at a hotel that I ever encountered. My room was very old, outdated & it smelled terribly. I told the manager about the smell & she was not helpful. This entire property needs a complete makeover. About $50 is what you should be charging for rooms, not $100+
Oh & I forgot to mention the sound quality between walls is horrible. I was woken up several times by the noise of people having sex and slamming the headboard against my wall. Thank god I was only staying one night. Never again!!!

This is a good choice. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced.
Pros:

It was clean, the room was large, the bathroom clean and nicely set up. I stayed only one night, so I didn't use the kitchen, but when I checked in, I saw that I could have requested pots, pans, dishes, etc. The place was quiet, the breakfast decent, and the price was reasonable. In all, I got an excellent night's sleep and was very happy with the place.

Cons:

I ran into a problem the next morning with my keycard. Apparently this is a known problem, and they reset the card for me. It added a few more steps to my day, but I didn't mind, as I'd been 3 days on the road already and had 2 more to go. A little movement was welcome.

slept well, no usable bath, fruit at breakfast would have helped.

bed was comfortable, desk people were nice, easy location to find

Cons:

no plug for bathtub drain or sink drain. mini kitchen, no dishes or utensils, breakfast,as described was sparse, more sparse than we expected.

It could have been cleaner
Pros:

Location was right where we needed to be, staff was nice.

Cons:

The floor was sticky when we got to the room so we used a wet hand towel to mop the floor it was so filthy but after we cleaned and wiped everything with disinfectant it was nice.

Good for price- simple and clean. Lame breakfast.
Pros:

Room, lobby and hallways were all very clean. Staff was helpful. "Breakfast" was just coffee and indiv. packaged muffins and nutrigrain bars which you couldn't get after about 9:15 am when staff locks the conference room door which is my only complaint. 7/10 **
