Just an unclean motel
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

It’s just a dirty motel. You don’t want to look under the bed, we found ancient cobwebs and a spider. It has NEVER been cleaned. The room was spacious but overall not clean enough, the bed was uncomfortable and we got the room with the Mountain View but it’s completely fake. I mean you just look at the parking lot and a little of mountains behind. NOT recommended.

Nice motel with great view of Bell Rock from our upstairs apartment window

Like apparently all Sedona lodgings, this 2-story motel is quite expensive for the quality of the lodgings

A ok stay with all the basic essentials.
Pros:

The property was in a great location with great views of bell rock and all the other surrounding rocks. The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Also check-in and out was very easy through my phone.

Cons:

The hotel had more of a motel look to it. It was a bit outdated and not as clean as I would expected it. There are no amenities and no elevator to go to the second floor.

Amazing vistas and so many things to enjoy here
Pros:

Great location and lovely room.
Great view of Belle Rock.

Cons:

Spa bath jets were stinky. Hotel said they would clean but not sure if they did as them said they don’t clean during stays dormant use it even though this was a bit of a selling point for that type of room. Little disappointing.

I had a really good stay at Bell Rock, you can see Bell Rock once you step outside your door.
Pros:

The location was just an away from Bell Rock, there were stores and restaurants near. I didn’t have to drive unless I wanted to go further into Sedona. Great location.

Cons:

There was nothing I really disliked but the bathroom was kind of small but that wasn’t a dealbreaker.
