Staff interactions are consistently described as friendly, quick and polite (fast check-in/out, helpful when needed).
Location
9
Multiple comments note a very convenient location, close to attractions and restaurants; some prefer its quieter position away from water parks.
Room Quality

Rooms are described as comfortable and recently remodeled with comfortable beds and effective A/C, but several guests reported maintenance issues (fuzzy TVs, A/C needing cleaning, door/light problems, water stains, drainage).
Amenities

Complimentary breakfast and basic amenities present (hot items some mornings), but breakfast hours are short, coffee cup sleeves missing and some inconsistent quality.
Value for Money

Numerous reviewers cite strong value (low nightly rates, no resort fees) and overall good price-to-quality for the area.
Food and Beverage

Breakfast receives mixed feedback — some praise for hot items (waffles, eggs, sausage), others call it cold or lacking compared to other hotels.

Pros:

It was a good hotel for a short stay. It advertises that itself newly remodeled. It may be but there were hand smears in the elevator, the edges in the bottom of the shower had that black gunk, pillowcases on one pillow were stained, but when we went was off season and it was $53 a night. Hardly anything to complain about. The staff was very friendly. Surprised by hot breakfast offered in the morning. It advertised continental. There were mini waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit, bagels, danishes. But overall actually a very nice place to stay. And no resort fees! That a big plus. Close to the Dells and restaurants.

Pros:

Clean basic room for 2 nights, can tell was recently renovated. We liked that breakfast was included which also had hot items - just wish went bit longer than 6-9am. No issues and price was great for the Dells

Pros:

There was some dark moldy stuff on the shower glide (bottom part). Need to provide "sleeves" for the coffee cups because to hold it without the sleeve burns your hand.
The breakfast was nice.
