We will definitely return when we come up to Prescott.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Coffee was exceptional! Was great from the time we stepped onto the premises. Employees very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and very clean. Beds very comfortable.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Es hat uns gefallen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eine gute Auswahl. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll. Aufgrund von Höhenkrankheit (1 600 m ü.N.) mussten wir zwei Tage früher abreisen. Hier ist das Hotel sehr kulant und entgegenkommend gewesen.

Despite the many design and safety shortcomings, the staff was wonderful and pleasant to work with.

Cons:

Bathroom sink in the entry way?!? You should fire the designer of these rooms and the executive who approved the plans. Lots of road noise, I had to check to make sure my window was closed because the noise was so loud. The parking lot is too small. The numerous signs in the parking lot stating "Not responsible for theft or damage" made me question my safety and any further stay at this hotel. Overpriced for the level of discomfort.

Liked it so much we’ll be booking with them in September’
Pros:

Staff Raul was great giving us suggestions as to what to do during our overnight stay.
Room was very nice ! Everything was very clean. Great breakfast!
