Pros:

Despite the many design and safety shortcomings, the staff was wonderful and pleasant to work with.

Cons:

Bathroom sink in the entry way?!? You should fire the designer of these rooms and the executive who approved the plans. Lots of road noise, I had to check to make sure my window was closed because the noise was so loud. The parking lot is too small. The numerous signs in the parking lot stating "Not responsible for theft or damage" made me question my safety and any further stay at this hotel. Overpriced for the level of discomfort.

Liked it so much we’ll be booking with them in September’
Pros:

Staff Raul was great giving us suggestions as to what to do during our overnight stay.
Room was very nice ! Everything was very clean. Great breakfast!

Pros:

Its clean and bed was comfy, but not the pullout couch. Check in, out was smooth.

Cons:

Not soundproof, can hear people walking in hallway and same with outside door, can hear into room. Also above floor can hear people walking around loudly. And yes a building going up next door metal work, pounding and construction. So no sleeping in.
The pullout couch mattress was practically nothing, the frame of it was all you felt.

Good stay
Pros:

Comfy beds, dark room, AC somewhat silent.

Cons:

The alarm clock provided in the room went off three times before 6 am. I unplugged it off from the wall, and it kept going off. Turns out the alarm has a built-in battery, and you have to manually de activate the alarm. Trying to do that when you are half asleep and in the dark it's very complicated.

Pros:

Lady at counter was really rude she didn’t want to take my cash rudely she said I have to keep debit information on file after she changed me $13 dollars for bottle water. She doesn’t have good customer service she worked July 3 pm
