Clean and spacious room

Cons:

The other Dounlerree hotel has a better location close to city restaurants etc.

Pros:

The bartender was wonderful and the front desk staff answered all the questions

Cons:

The housekeeping staff knocked on our door the first time at 9 and then proceeded to knock several more times to see of we left. It was a little annoying it was well before check out time.

The staff was nice. The location is good and the rooms are clean.
Pros:

The properties on a great location and easy to get to the concert venue.

Cons:

You have to pay to park at the property even if you’re staying at the hotel. The only parking you don’t have to pay for is across the street at the cemetery.

Great location. Easy walk to Moody Center.

Cons:

The elevator feels like its going to break and got stuck on the second floor for a couple of minutes. The room does not come with a microwave.

Location and staff

Cons:

The room smelled of musty cigarette smoke, the bathtub was outdated and looked dingy, the bathroom sink barely drained at all, the AC unit kept cutting off even though we tried to keep it on constant fan, there was no toothpaste in the sundries section of the lobby for purchase, we had to pay $43 for parking after the room was $200 for 1 night.
