The convenience of location did not out weigh all the extra costs.
Pros:

Proximity to UT

Cons:

Extremely expensive parking, expensive breakfast, pool closed early no hot tub, no coffee and water available all day, rooms are very worn and old, tub didn’t drain, no microwave, fridge was on its last leg.

Pros:

Do not stay here. When you leave they slap on a $213 parking fee for staying there. Nobody told me it was not written anywhere. Horrible thing to do. At Check in someone should have said oh by the way it’s $38 to park here every night no worries rooms are already expensive. I will never be staying there again and let everyone know how shady that is. Also every day we caught and killed roaches in our room. We left a live one for housekeeping who killed and got rid of it. I get Texas has bugs but if your going to charge premium rates then screw someone over parking every night you probably shouldn’t have bugs.

I would not stay at this location again.

The staff were nice and accommodating.

Cons:

$38 a day for parking is absolutely ridiculous. Luckily because of other issues I had in the hotel my parking was comped but I also didn't see any signs showing the cost per day which would have been a huge deterrent from staying at this location. Also the price per night was high considering the rooms had no microwaves, small refrigerators with no plastic guards so you could even use the soda storage/dispenser in the refrigerator and my first room's AC unit leaked and soaked the carpet and there was a leak in the bathroom coming through the wall and soaking the carpet.

Cons:

A tad needing repairs/updating & the price for parking is a ripoff! Would not have stayed at a mediocre place & paid that much for parking had we known. No games or anything were going on at the time. Truly felt like we were duped.
