Lovely hotel, perfect location for what we were in Perth for.
Pros:

Room was fresh, carpet and bathroom was like new. Well maintained hotel.

Cons:

The restaurants serve for dinner was so slow, meal was over priced and breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer.
