The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.

Great hotel - though if you want to be downtown you need to take their trolley
Pros:

Great rooms and good service - staff was nice ! Concierge staff was excellent

Happy Family Übernachtung
Pros:

Sehr grosses Buffet mit vielen verschiedenen Speisen Continental wie auch japanisch asiatisch.
Lage etwas weg vom Zentrum mit U-Bahn und Taxi leicht erreichbar. Wir haben immer das Taxi genommenwas nicht teuer war. Grandioses Kaffee mit einem Bach der von aussen über den Wasserfall gespiesen wird und dann durch das ganze Restaurant hindurch fliesst. ein must see!

Pros:

チェックインの際、追加料金を支払いお部屋のグレードアップが出来る提案を受けたのでグレードアップさせていただきました。
お部屋はかなりゆったりしており、快適な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

Cons:

お部屋の造り上、仕方ないかもしれませんがトイレとバスルームが横長の部屋の両端にあるのが地味に面倒でした。

とても良かったです。
Pros:

2泊の予定でしたが電車の遅延で新幹線に乗れず1泊になってしまいました。急なキャンセルにも関わらず丁寧に対応していただき、スタッフの皆様には感謝しております。また館内は清潔で室内も落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。

A fantastic stay made even better by exceptional staff and personalised service.
Pros:

Excellent location and the complimentary shuttle service was a real bonus. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay, especially Dashdorj (Munf) San, who went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter's dietary requirements. She took the time to speak with chefs and restaurant staff on multiple occasions, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and caring, and made us feel completely at ease.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Our stay was very enjoyable and the staff exceeded our expectations.

Very uncomfortable, our room had mould we got moved to another room and the same issue. Unless you kept the aircon on all night room was extremely hot. Very disappointed with the overall stay
