The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.
An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 adults. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.
Please note that the swimming pool and sauna are closed on certain days.

They don’t mention when booking that you have to pay for the pool (or at least it’s not made clear). It’s really expensive!
While the shuttle into Osaka was great, it’s super busy at weekends and people who aren’t staying at the hotel use it too so you might have to wait to get on another one
Nice hotel and we had a good time but I think the price is perhaps a bit too steep given the location and cost to use the pool!
Konumu güzel, kahvaltı seçenekleri de fazlaydı.
Personelin tutumu oldukça kabaydı. Restaurantta kahvaltı fişimizi aldılar ve zaman doldu diyerek bizi salondan apar topar çıkardılar. Daha sonra kahvaltı kuponlarımı istedim ve ücret iadesi talebim oldu fakat kabul de etmediler. Halbu ki kahvaltıya dokunmamıştım daha. Onlarca otelde kaldım böyle garip bir muamele gördüğümü hatırlamıyorum. Dikkatli olmanızda fayda var
Beautiful hotel, with a grand entrance. Convenient location attached to a subway. Clean. Nice fitness suite. Shuttle bus to Osaka station was very handy.
Extra charges for the pool. No under 3yr olds in the pool, cannot use toys so not a fun swim for kids. Minimal storage space in the room and bathroom. Wouldn't stay here again unless my children were teenagers.
Staff were friendly and helpful, pool was awesome!
The air conditioning wasn’t on, and the days were quite warm. Our room was uncomfortably warm. We would have moved hotels if we could have, because it was so difficult to sleep in such an overly warm room.

宅配が翌日届かなかったこと。でも、丁寧に、お詫びの電話がありました。（伝票を手書きすれば良かったですが、スマホから伝票を起こして、慣れておられなかったようです。）
Hotel très bien équipé, chambre magnifique, salle de bain fonctionnelle et classe, tout sur place (magasins disponibles en sous-sol), navette avec la gare centrale toutes les 15 mn dans les deux sens. Ce qu’on a surtout apprécié, c’est un surclassement avec une chambre encore plus grande!!!!
La taille : l’hôtel est vraiment très grand, avec des centaines de chambres et donc beaucoup, beaucoup de monde. Cela a notamment un impact pour le petit déjeuner (même si on peut le prendre dans trois restaurants différents), avec une file d’attente et un tel monde, que ce n’est plus un moment de détente.
Autre bémol : l’hôtel dispose de deux piscines mais qui ne sont accessibles qu’aux clients membres de leur programme de fidélité (non précisé sur Booking, et choix de cet hôtel notamment pour cet équipement).

立地が良かった。京阪電鉄中之島駅から直通で、施設も清潔で，ラウンジが1日使えるのが非常に良かったです。ホテルステイも観光に行くにも便利でした。
近くの部屋に泊まっている人達が多少騒がしかったですが、施設の問題ではないです。
受付の対応が良かった。
ロビーが広かった。
シャトルバスが便利だった。
学科以上として適している。
もう少し部屋が広い方が良かった。
Great big hotel with many services and larger rooms in nice area, but away from central Osaka.
The aircon wasn’t working in our room so after a few requests over a few hours and finally at 11pm we moved rooms. The second room was a little cooler but I think their system isn’t very effective.
Everything was clean and comfortable as well as free transportation from and too Osaka station.
Laundry service was complicated and very expensive.
