Important information:

Extra fees apply to use of the indoor pool / whirlpool, fitness center. For more information on the opening hours/days of the fitness center and indoor pool, please contact the property directly.

Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport.

The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.

An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 adults. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.

Please note that the swimming pool and sauna are closed on certain days.

Pros:

facility was excellent. My family was blown away with the property and amenities around. We enjoyed the gym. The view from our room was excellent. Or very satisfied.

Pros:

The bus service to and from the train station was great, staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was amazing. The rooms was tidy, bed and pillows were comfy. The kids enjoyed it so much they wanted to stay at the place. The location also wasn't bad had a nice view.

中之島の伝統あるホテル
Pros:

リニューアルした部屋で、以前にも増して綺麗になっていた。広くて快適だった。大阪駅からシャトルバスもある。

Cons:

特にない。強いて言えば大阪駅から少し距離がある。そのためシャトルバスがあるので大きな問題はない。

Lovely way to end the holiday
Pros:

The staff at the concierge desk, so nice and helpful nothing a problem. They provide a free shuttle bus. The rooms were spacious clean and just lovely. Buffet breakfast the best so far so many choices. The property was just a gorgeous way to end our time in Japan with a little bit of luxury.

Cons:

The fact that there was an extra charge to use the pool, it was pricey and was charged every time you wanted to use the pool. Safe to say we didn’t use it because of this.

Great stay which all of the family enjoyed.
Pros:

Very clean hotel with well appointed rooms. There is a free shuttle to/from Osaka station which we used regularly, otherwise it would have been difficult for our family of four to get around. Also close to many convenience stores, including one in the hotel. Also has a well appointed fitness space.

Cons:

The additional cost for the use of the pools.

Great price for a nice hotel
Pros:

Big rooms, giant impressive lobby, free shuttle to Osaka station

Pros:

We really like that the hotel deposits our luggage for a few days before we check in. In addition to a good stay, we like many dinning options, even for some economical budget in a five star hotel.
