Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport.

The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.

An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 adults. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.

Please note that the swimming pool and sauna are closed on certain days.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at RIHGA Royal Hotel during our summer trip. The club lounge breakfast was outstanding! A special thank you to Myint at reception, who was so helpful and made us feel right at home. We also loved the hotel shuttle to Osaka Station, which was so convenient. We just wish we had known about it earlier, as we had to drag our big suitcases from Osaka Station to the hotel! Perhaps the shuttle information could be included in the pre-arrival email. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Love this hotel! ❤️

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and had high end finishes end finishes with Nespresso machines.

Cons:

The room temperature didn’t go below 75 degrees. And there was a faint sewer smell.
The dining room by the entrance, with the view of the waterfall opened too late at 9:00. I never got to experience it for 4 days.

Home away from home
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The new gym, 7/11 in the hotel, drug store also open until 11pm, so many shops with luxury products I couldn't count them all, around 7 restaurants (or maybe more) from which you can choose depending on the mood, free shuttle bus !!! from Umeda station to the hotel (and other way back as well) is super convenient. I cannot count all pros of staying at this hotel ! We have also attended the tea ceremony which is also discounted by being the hotel guest. They also offer a bus to USJ which is an awesome way for someone who has one day pass and want to be at the gates in the early hours. Also the cleaning staff is so nice and polite, you get to choose each day whether you want a full cleaning which includes e.g.: changing sheets or a limited one. We usually find it really hard to feel like at home when traveling abroad, but this place prepared for us a home away from home :) If we ever get to come back to Japan we know where we will be staying. !00% recommend !!!

Lovely Hotel, I would stay here again.
Pros:

- Rooms were very spacious
- Check in was easy and had bell service to our room
- Bathroom was a very good size
- Beds were absolutely amazing, as were the pillows
- Towels were so thick!
- Elevator was fast and efficient
- Shuttle was every 15 minutes to Osaka train station

Cons:

- No toys allowed in the pool, ridiculous when you are charged 3000 yen per person to use the pool.
- Dinner prices were way too expensive. Just take the shuttle to the train station and there are so many food options for so much less money.

Great location near train station and walking distance for some museums. Breakfast was excellent and friendly and helpful staff. Greatly enjoyed our stay and definitely recomend this hotel

Prachtig verblijf in zakelijk district van Osaka.
Pros:

Heb alleen geslapen op deze locatie en verder geen gebruik gemaakt van de aangeboden faciliteiten. Had helaas geen tijd om naar de gym te gaan, omdat ik op doorreis was. Het is een heerlijk hotel, goede ontvangst en ruime kamers. Heerlijk kunnen slapen en wat vooral heel fijn was, was de mogelijkheid om onze bagage op te kunnen slaan toen ik met mijn collega richting Koyasan ging.
