Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport.

The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.

An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 adults. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.

Please note that the swimming pool and sauna are closed on certain days.

少し残念。
Pros:

まぁ高級であろうホテル感

Cons:

お風呂サウナが、開放されてると良かった、他は、それに追加料金などないから、次回は選びません。
お風呂ダメだから、朝食が10年前くらいのイメージは良かったけど、質が落ちていた。次回は選びません。
なので、ある施設を最大限利用できるようにしてもらえれば　選びたいと思います。
朝食は、人数多いから仕方ないかもしれませんが、海外の良いホテルに比べると、朝食イメージは、かなり低いイメージ。逆に　お金を払ってでも使用したいというお風呂などがイメージできると良いかと思います。

Décevant, cher, pas très bien situé et scandaleux de pas avoir accès à la piscine payant aussi cher sans le préciser nul

Les lits, la taille de la chambre

Cons:

Le fait de devoir payer la piscine : 20€ par jour et par personne !!!!
Pas de ménage fait en chambre, les serviettes pas changées,….aucun service sauf payants !
Le petit dej niveau cantine, servi dans une salle ressemblant à un gymnase !

Everything else was great
Pros:

Location people and breakfast and shuttle bus to train station mall

Cons:

I would have to pay $25.00 to go for a swim and I booked because they had a pool
So I never got to take my daughter swimming

駐車場もあり、大阪駅までシャトルバスが出ていて移動するしやすかった

Confort. Un peu excentré mais la navette toutes les 15 min compense. Nombreux taxis devant l'hôtel.
Pros:

Piscine non incluse. Petits déjeûners pour enfants pas inclus alors que ceux des patemts le sont.
