Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport.

The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30.

An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 adults. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.

Please note that the swimming pool and sauna are closed on certain days.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Shuttle bus service to and from Osaka Station was very convenient. On site shops were a bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Room clean. Taxi service, chemist and 7 eleven all within the complex.

Cons:

Bathroom facilities whilst serviceable are now dated, with shower curtain over a bath. Hotel website - unable to translate fully to English to understand and use the many restaurants on site.

Overall nice hotel and good value for money
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Facilities were clean and quite new. Location was convenient enough. Shuttle bus to universal studios which was fantastic

バスの運転手さんの件を省くと、とてもいい思い出ができました。

フロントスタッフ、朝食会場でのスタッフの方に親切に対応して頂きチェックインからチェックアウトまで
快適に過ごすことができました。

Cons:

９月１４日チェックアウト後、ホテル発１０時のバスで大阪駅まで送って頂きました。バスの運転手の方の対応が良くなくて気分悪かったです。ホテルからバスに乗る際、
１０時前だったので時間ギリギリになって申し訳ないと思いバスに乗る前に「すみません。」と言っても何も言わないし、大阪駅に着いてバスから降りる時バス降りて左側の少し離れた場所に運転手が立っていて、私が笑顔で会釈しても無表情で旅の最後に嫌な気持ちになりました。

１３日、チェックインの際、大阪駅から15：30頃ホテルのバスに乗りました。運転手さんはバスを降りる時バス降りて右側に立っていて笑顔で挨拶してくれていい方でした。１３日、食事の為、17:45頃ホテルから大阪駅まで行く時と食事後、19:45頃大阪駅からホテルに戻る時の運転手さんも同じように対応してくれていい方でした。

リーガロイヤルホテルのスタッフの方は皆さん素晴らしい接客なので対応が良くない運転手さんが悪目立ちしていました。
