Great stay at even better value!
Pros:

Location and the facilities.
Room was great for an extended stay.
Hospitality staff was thoughtful.
Ex. My son had a lot of stuffed animals. After the bed was made- they laid them across the bed. He loved it!
Quiet and nice pool.

Cons:

Would like different breakfast options.

Great room and breakfast. Extra $$ to park not appreciated
Pros:

Loved the room layout. Large tv, room very clean and well designed. Pool was surrounded by palm trees nicely landscaped. Great breakfast.

Cons:

They charged for parking. That was unexpected and should not be done for a suburban hotel. 4pm check in with a $25 charge for early check in was also disappointing. I just came back closer to 4:00. Wasn’t going to pay extra. Minor wear and tear in the room, outdoor jacuzzi not hot enough. Didn’t like having to go to the front desk for pool towels. The front desk woman was not friendly. She seemed so uncaring and uninterested in guest concerns.

How big the rooms were there is a pool good breakfast

Cons:

There were ants throughout the room rooms were out dated didn’t feel clean ac said 60 was super warm and hott at night rooms do not have individual ac units it’s shared ducts throughout all the rooms. While using the pool at 230 in the afternoon cleaning guy put cleaning products in while kids and adults were swimming. Didn’t think it was appropriate as the cleaner came over to me said could irritate their skin we have an inspection tomorrow so gave to do this. My opinion should have been done before the pool opened or the night before. Or just close the pool down I pulled my kids out was pretty poor for doing that.

Great value!
Pros:

Value for the money. I was also actually upgraded to a two bedroom. Kitchen came with utensils, plates, cups, paper towel, sponge that I needed. You have a standard refrigerator big enough for the rest of your stay. Microwave worked well. Couch looked run down. There were four Dining chairs and a table. There was also TV in each of the rooms and in the main area. Beds were comfortable enough. Sinks, toilets and showers worked. Laundry facilities in the 2nd floor. Free parking. Free wifi. Some snacks and other things you can purchase by the reception lobby. Doors to the buildings for rooms need your card key for entry adding extra security. Present your Marriot-Bonvoy membership for an early check-in. A small drive to the shopping areas.

Cons:

You have to drive or walk around the property. Lobby area is where the breakfast buffet is. The rooms are in two separate buildings but adjacent to the main lobby area. Carpets were very old and need to be replaced all throughout the property and the rooms itself.
