I like the location, the staff, and the cleanliness. They have good snacks and drinks in the lobby. That came in handy on the late night. They have a good little complimentary breakfast and a nice restaurant attached. Walking distance to the outlets and places to eat..

Overall great experince, friendly staff, and close to a lot of things.
Pros:

Liked how big the room was and how comfortable the beds and pillows were. Also loved that check out was at 12pm instead of the usual 11am.

Cons:

Didn’t like that there were a few ants in the room, nothing major but still hated that I found a few around the night stand and head board

Pros:

Our stay was great, everything was clean and the staff were great , we were there to go to a wedding, the location was great, food and shopping mall close by, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

Our stay at ALO Hotel by Ayres, Orange was very pleasant and the staff were wonderful.
Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable and nicely updated. The parking fee was reasonable and the garage was safe and not crowded. Electric charging was available free for hotel occupants.

Cons:

There should have been more EV charging stations—only 4 in the garage and they were often all in use.
