ALO Hotel by Ayres, Orange

We enjoy staying there all the employees are nice and very helpful ..clean rooms...Great breakfast ..we love the pool and love the coffee

I always enjoy staying here. The breakfast is great, the staff is wonderful and we always feel safe. The location is close to the parks and my favorite late night taco place which for me is a win. But honestly it’s a 6-8 minute drive from everything.

Clean hotel, easy check-in, pool and jacuzzi well maintained. Room was clean and updated. Elevator was the only thing that was a little bit outdated and small but overall good quality.

It was very clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Close to Disneyland very clean hotel, bed super comfortable, bathroom very clean not a worn out looking hotel. included Breakfast is what I like. It’s good not great but very convenient. & includes eggs. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel in four years for Disneyland. We’ll do so again. Staff was respectful and couldn’t have been nicer. I liked the items that were included in the little store lobby as far as forgotten items and things you couldcook in your microwave.

So entering the hotel, there is some sort of fragrance in the lobby, like a cleaning solution mixed with powder air freshener, and it is strong. The decor is dated, but the room was very clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is hilarious…a freezing cold serving area, paper plates and plastic cutlery, very limited selection, and both toasters were broken. Good coffee though. The front desk folks were pleasant and accommodating. Altogether it was just fine, a budget experience for a budget price.

Great hotel. Will definitely visit again

One of the worst properties in Orange. Front office crew are rude and aggressive with no professionalism in hospitality. They communicate with you in a disrespectful manner, they hang up on your face if you call them and are not happy with you complaining on a service or if you ask to speak to manager ....they totally messed up the vacation mood, additionally, they have no credibility in the informations shared with the guest about the services the properties offers. Breakfast is off at 8:45, you will be charged for parking upon check out without notifying you and much more . I personally do not recommend this hotel with the value of money you pay, other hotels nearby offers better services and they host you extremely well.

All employess were very nice and helpful. Alexandra and Tina were great, very knowledgeable, paid attention to details and very professional. Sharon is a trainee and very good at front desk very personable and staying at this hotel for a month for work you can tell she will thrive and be great. Patricia the manager on duty is great and has a very well trained staff and you can see they take pride in what they do. House keeping is top notch and make sure rooms are super clean. 💯 recommend this hotel. Specially near Disneyland with heated pool, hot tub,gym and breakfast every morning.
