We had a great experience at the hotel, the staff is so king and amicable.

Cons:

We didn't like at all the shuttle service is offered to go the casino. It seems that the hotel depends 100% of the availability of the casino shuttle and at the Casino hotel we didn't receive any solution, the people at the casino were so rude. Sooo disappointing

Our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this location again in fact we’re planning another trip late

The space was conveniently located and absolutely beautiful. Every picture that we saw online was identical to what we saw when we walked in the door.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. It was absolutely flawless.

It is a nice venue.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to walking around the town. I brought my niece and paid more for a room than I usually do as a treat for her.

Cons:

We did not see a menu in the room for the restaurant...to go there or to have room service. We weren't up to having a large meal with high prices. For the room price, I thought there would be more seating in the room. There was one ugly bucket chair. They put us in a handicapped room that I did not ask for. We were on 2 with noisy people above us!

Great value and choice in Solvang
Pros:

Corque Hotel is perfectly situated in Solvang. There is plentiful free parking, the staff are lovely, and perks like water provided in the rooms and lobby were appreciated. My husband asked for more coffee pods for the coffee maker and they him lots.

Had to change rooms 4times . Requested a room on 2 nd/3rd floor with balcony as it was for my son’s wedding. Was allocated 1st floor overlooking the carpark !

Comfortable, happy, clean, refreshed!
Pros:

What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person greeted us with a smile and friendly greeting. Everyone wanted to help, and they always did. My kids also LOVED the postcard. How fun and sweet!

Cons:

Nothing really! Only would’ve loved a continental breakfast, but otherwise absolutely excellent.
