Pros:

We were frustrated with our booking situation and the staff stepped up and gave us a chaper rate for a suite and apologized for everything. It was a great room and really appreciated her help

Nothing because I will go through the hotel instead of a third party to book from now on

Pros:

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean.

Cons:

Proximity to the interstate can be loud. Especially with emergency vehicles. But it's close to everything so you got to make sacrifices.

Crazy as hell....
Pros:

How accommodating the front dest was when I encountered a problem.

Cons:

Housekeeping did a shit job, found blood on my sheets and food, and pewbic hair on my pillow. The mirror had been water marks and streaks. Love the pool and hot tube other than I feel the hot tube should have an age limit. As an adult taking his family on a getaway, I feel I should be able to soak in a hot tube without a shit ton of kids treating it as a pool, maybe turn up the temp to where it's less desirable. After all the problems I had, I felt my rate should have been lowered for what I paid. The front desk sent me out a gift certificate to compensate for my troubles, but after the stay, Im am not sure if I would return to your establishment. I may consider making you guys my go-to stay spot, but I will have to be compensated for my bad experiences.

I would stay there again. Staff are very nice.
Pros:

Very wonderful selection at breakfast. Free dinner which was very nice.

Cons:

The shower was slippery. Water pressure was fantastic. Needs new anti-slip stuff in the tub.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Centralized location.

Cons:

Carpets were filthy. Walked barefooted after a shower and needed to rewash my black feet. Popcorn was spilled in the hallway and stayed there throughout my stay. Upon checking out, the man couldn’t be troubled to get up and acknowledge my checking out.
