Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns total überrascht. Ein toller Stil ganz im Zeichen der Musik. Das war mega angenehm, mal nicht die typische Hotel-Optik vor Augen zu haben.

Cons:

Das Zimmer an der Straße zu haben.
Sehr viel Verkehr und extrem laut.

A good hotel being let down by the guest-facing staff
Pros:

Atmosphere and music-themed design. Good breakfast and on site parking.

Cons:

The hotel loses points because of the staff. We didn't feel welcome, and we have encountered impoliteness and unhelpfulneess. Finally, things worked out but not before we have considered moving to another hotel.

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Super coole Einrichtung. Alles sauber, nett dekoriert. Personal besonders beim Frühstück super aufmerksam und nett.

Cons:

Kleine Schimmelflecken in der Dusche. Es wurde kein Hygienepapier aufgefüllt, auch nicht auf unsere Bitte beim Empfang.

Pros:

tolles sehr ansprechendes Design im Musik-Stil, das wirklich im gesamten Hotel umgesetzt wurde (
von außen leider nicht erkennbar)/ leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl/ sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

wenig Stauraum im Zimmer, da kein Kleiderschrank/ glatter Boden der Dusche

It is insane that you have to pay parking additionally. Ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t have a switch? Or at least not a visible one.

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück!! Perfekt für ein langes Wochenende!!
Pros:

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer(Doppelzimmer).
Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung in die Innenstadt(Straßenbahn).
Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig!!

Не отель, а какое-то недоразумение. Мы ошиблись с выбором, так как брали отель в буквально последнюю минуту. Заселились в номер в 4 попытки: сначала нам дали карточки, которые не открывали номер, затем из перекодировали, но оказалось, в том номере уже жили люди. Потом дали карточки от другого номера, но там не было кровати для ребенка. И только когда вмешался второй сотрудник, нам наконец все сделали правильно. Из-за этого мы с трудом успели попасть в ресторан в 10 минутах ходьбы и нам продали еду с собой, так как он закрывался. В самом отеле вечером около 21-22 часов поесть невозможно. Можно только купить снежки в автомате. Из всех сотрудников ресепшен дружелюбным был только один парень, но он почти не говорил по английски, общались через переводчик в телефоне. Но самое главное: там нет ежедневной уборки в номерах. Скорее всего поэтому чувствуется запах пыли и еще чего-то , так как в номерах ковровое покрытие с большим ворсом. Поэтому в отеле можно ночевать максимум одну ночь, если вам больше негде остановиться. Но лучше добавить 20 евро за ночь и поселиться в другом месте.
