Good facility, clean upkeep, friendly and helpful. Hard working staff.
Cons:

the WiFi logon procedure was cryptic and confusing. It required a call to the front desk and tech support to get through it. But after this problem, it worked fine.

1. Air conditioner was very noisy when turned on. Had to turn off. Front desk and or maintenance had to be aware of condition.
2. The facility stairway hydraulic door closer(s) on the West side need repair/replacement. Hotel guests who use third party websites to r.s.v.p are placed nearest the doors.
3. West end stair way carpets are dirty.
