Always something not working. Pool, hot tub, waffle maker, no big deal. It's just each of every three times one or the other was out of order.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower had very good water pressure and the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable.
The elevator was broken, which wasn't great since we were on the top floor and had some pretty heavy luggage.
Location was decent. Cost was ok.
Moldy old smell. Everything seemed dirty and old. Elevator’s light was broken was it felt unsafe. Lots of walking up and down stairs.
I had Hilton Honors move us to another hotel. We DID NOT stay here. There is a case file open. Just as we arrived, the Duty Manager and receptionist left the premises leaving several of us checking in standing in line. We waited for 2 1/2 hours! I expect to be reimbursed for their foul-up.
The hotel’s location was good, and the staff was very friendly. However, the sheets on the bed were stained, and the room looked dirty. The location is great, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness.

Breakfast wasn't good. Eggs cold. Not many choices. Waffle mix was out.
Not what I expected very outdated, breakfast area not clean or well managed bedrooms very outdated and in very much need of new facelift would not recommend nor will I be coming back.

Took over 35 mins to check in cause they were short staffed. The new girl did the best she could with no help. Manager was called never seen manager to show up and help her. Had no tv to watch due to no signal. Went and asked about the TV was told it was out and nothing they could do. Breakfast the eggs were so watery and sausage not even cooked all the way.
