Отличное местоположение, но некоторые номера с вопросом.
Pros:

Удобное местоположение, в номере присутствует всё необходимое: тапочки, полотенца, вода, чайник, кухня, столовые принадлежности

Cons:

Номер располагаться над местом для курения какой-то молодёжи, шум и гам (номер 202), открыть окна было невозможно. Кондиционер работал 5 минут и выдавал ошибку

Pros:

For me, this is the ideal location: a quiet and safe street with easy access to the city center and convenient navigation. The beach is within walking distance, but if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax away from the crowds, this is an excellent choice.

There are supermarkets nearby, including a 24-hour market.

The staff are attentive and helpful, the hotel is very clean—which is extremely important—and, of course, the price is great for what you get.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I definitely did not regret coming back. Highly recommended. ⭐️

Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от парка, удобно гулять вечером. При желании пройти на бульвар на море (минут 15-20). Есть рядом магазинчики и кафе . Комната соответствует фото- просторная , хороший ремонт, удобная кровать, чистое, хорошее белье. Посуду дополнительно можно брать в холле. Гладильная доска в общем доступе. Понравилась просторная душевая. Уборка ежедневно. Питались в кафе "Олива" , нужно пройти минут 6-8 , там же брали с собой и разогревали в микроволновке в номере. Есть кафе ближе , но там грузинская кухня. Рядом с отелем продают фрукты , но можно найти дешевле если поискать на соседних улочках или пройти минут 20 до мини рынка возле торгового центра.

Cons:

Спать было душно, плохая вентиляция. Кое-,где плесень от этого. В холле постоянно воняет сигаретами так как в соседних номерах курят и идёт дым . Холл мрачный. Очень шумно на улице - обязательно берите беруши . Мешает шум машин до поздней ночи и все разговоры с улицы слышны . Есть комары. Персонал нужно искать в их комнате и все спрашивать - тогда помогут.

Отличный отель
Pros:

Отличный отель. В номере идеальная чистота, уютно, много места. Был также чайник, холодильник, много вешалок и большой шкаф для одежды. В номере было тихо.
Отель находится недалеко от центра, до набережной ходили пешком.
За свою стоимость просто подарок.
