Frokosten grei nok. Har bodd på andre Thon hotell hvor frokosten var mer variert og flere sunnere alternativer. Men greit nok. Blir ingen gjentakelse...

Cons:

Dårlig service fra resepsjonsmedarbeidere fordi i gruppen var en person med funksjonshemming og bil med egen parkeringstillatelsen. Ingen HC-parkering ved hotellet, heller ikke annen parkering, fikk vi vite av personalet. Ble bedt om å finne ut selv hvor egnet parkering.
Mitt rom var greit nok, men så sjuskete ut med flerret tapet og mange riper og merker. Absolutt ikke verdt prisen synes jeg.

Ikke verdt pengene. Styr unna.
Cons:

Rommene var skitne(usikker på om de i det hele tatt var rengjort før innsjekk grunnet masse bøss i sengene, og under sengene), rommene og hotellet hadde store behov for vedlikeholdsoppgraderinger, frokostsalen var stappfull og svært støyende, vi ba om et rom i et mer stille område, men fikk rom ut mot den mest bråkete gaten, ansatte var lite engasjerte i jobben sin. Vil aldri booket rom her igjen. Har ikke tatt bilder. Vil helst fortrenge hele opplevelsen.

Hotellet har meget god beliggenhet.
Frokosten var bra men selve lokalet var stusselig.
De ansatte var blide og oppmerksomme.

Cons:

Ble booket inn på handikap rom, det hadde vi ikke noe ønske om.Det var negativt.
Vi booket 4 stk. rom ,i meget god tid i forveien.Kun ett av dem hadde utsikt, de andre 3 hadde særdeles dårlig plassering og utsikt. Det var skuffende.

Greit hotell veldig sentralt i Hamar
Pros:

Frokosten var bra, tross mange unge gjester manglet ikke noe og det var ikke kø

Cons:

Dumt at man må betale 200 kr. for å få tilgang på rommet før kl. 15 selv om rommet var klart.
Vanskelig å lufte med vindu mot en utrivelig «sjakt». Ble veldig varmt på rommet.
