Ho chiesto per due giorni di avere la camera più calda, mi è stato risposto sempre di sì ma mai fatto,il giorno della, partenza mi è stato detto che non era possibile. Ho chiesto altri due cuscini e mi è stato risposto che essendo l'albergo pieno non ne avevano più! Un 4 stelle con i cuscini contati!! Anche questo l'ultimo giorno ho scoperto per ammissione di un concierge più onesto che era una panzana.

Stato di manutenzione; es cassetta del bagno che si blocca, qualche presa elettrica traballante, tasti dell'ascensore con i numeri sbiaditi. Tavolo colazioni senza nessuna tovaglietta e senza contenitore per gettare i piccoli rifiuti (es vaschette di plastica della marmellata.

The Quiest place of Milán
Pros:

La tranquilidad de todo el complejo. El Hotel es supersilencioso y muy tranquilo. Justo enfrente hay un Centro Comercial.

Cons:

Está muy alejado de Milán; 20 minutos desde la última parada de Metro M2 y cogiendo un bus adicional.
