Pros:

Excellent location and lovely, clean apartment. We enjoyed the kitchen facilities and lounge area. Overall it was nice and warm.

Cons:

There was quite a lot of traffic noise from the main road outside, particularly because of a bus stop right outside our room. Thankfully, there was a small fan heater in the bedroom and this helped drown out the constant traffic noise, so I could get to sleep.

Pros:

Tiene una ubicación excelente para ver Wellington y también para usar el Cable Car. Nos quedamos en un apartamento con dos dormitorios y era bastante amplio. El personal es muy amable

La calefacción no es buena. Fuimos en agosto en plena hora de frío y solo había calefacción realmente en el salón pero no las habitaciones. Tienen unos calefactores muy pequeñitos que hacen algo pero la verdad que me

Pros:

Received an upgrade to a one bedroomed apartment, which was very nice and spacious

Cons:

Difficult to get basic information. For example notices inside the lift advertised that you could get breakfast and dinner at their sister hotel (Travelodge) but there was no information on where it was. A notice in the room said to scan a QR code for more information, but the QR code didn’t register on our phones. A simple traditional information folder would have been useful.

Pros:

The advantage of being close to everything. It was very cold during our stay and we really needed every blanket available. More heating in the bedrooms would have been great. We liked the spaciousness of the apartment.

Cons:

Everything was adequate but it would have been nice to know that we had has to use steps to get to our apartment before we arrived. However we did manage with help with our luggage.

Spacious apartment with the added the bonus of a washing machine / dryer and a bath!
Pros:

Such a pleasant stay which I extended from four to six nights in the end. Such an amazing location - just step out into the loveliest part of the city. Everything right there from supermarket to a great choice of restaurants.
