La habitación triple mucho más cara y con mucho ruido
El hotel está genial, pero quisiera resaltar el trato del personal al solucionar muy gratamente el problema que tuvimos con una habitación. Sonia nos atendió muy amable y nos resolvió el problema muy satisfactoriamente. Volveremos sin duda.

Llegamos y sin avisar nos dice que no había camas supletorias nos hacen pagar treinta euros de más por una habitación triple que daba a un patio interior en el que estaban todos los compresores de los aires acondicionados que hacían un ruido tremendo casi imposible dormir aparte una de las camas no tenía sola navajera llamamos para que nos la hagan y aparece el recepcionista Adrián con un juego de sábanas y nos las entrega en mano como si fuera un campamento en lugar de un hotel de cuatro estrellas una vergüenza nada recomendable
