Absolutely loved my stay here and couldn't recommend it highly enough! Everything was spot on. From the moment you walk in, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional and spotlessly clean. 10/10!
Honestly, everything about the accommodation was perfect! It’s in a fantastic location: only a short 5-minute walk to the Cathedral, the Casino building, Mercado de Correos, and Plaza de las Flores.
Murcia itself is beautiful and I absolutely loved it. In my opinion, the only minor downside of the city is the central bus station and its surroundings, which felt a bit sketchy to walk through. So, even though it's only a 15-minute walk from the hotel, the amazing staff called a taxi for me that dropped me right at the door of the station. Inside, I was able to buy my tickets directly on the bus, which I highly recommend. Buying them from the ticket machines outside felt a bit unsafe because there are dodgy people hanging around trying to 'help' you, which feels like a scam. I felt very well looked after by the hotel staff!
