Amazing staff, very clean and awesome location. Close to the airport and plenty of restaurants

The perfect place to spend a birthday night in the city of Perth
Pros:

The Pensione Hotel is a hidden gem!
The location, the staff, the cleanliness, the extra touches (it was my birthday on 30th June and there was a note and some chocolates on the bed to welcome me), value for money. I can only wax lyrical about it!
I want to make special mention of Aurélien (Alex) at front desk who went above and beyond to welcome us and smooth an early check-in. Also Julia, Operations Manager, who took a phone call from me and didn’t make me feel that I was talking too much!!
I will definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

Pros:

직원들이 정말 친절하고 위치가 좋고 체크인 전이나 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길수 있어서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

커튼을 여니 룸에 먼지가 너무 많아서 조금 당황스러웠고 카펫에 있는 먼지들이 올라올까봐 조심스럽게 다녀야했습니다.

Great hotel, we felt safe, welcomed and the staff were so lovely and helpful.

Cons:

There were some homeless people having a party outside with loud speakers very late at night, not the hotels fault at all, just something to bare in mind if booking in the city.

Convenient, safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Staff are very attentive, really friendly and helpful. I keep coming back because of them.

Cons:

Only at the front entrance, no lamp to wheel my luggage in. I am not sure if there is any other entrance.
This time I just noticed there are some homeless around at the opposite side.
