Easy, comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

The location is excellent for catchin the ferry and a weekend in the city. The staff were very helpful and the breaky boxes were brilliant too.

Location was very good. Easy access to both Hall St Mall and Murray St Mall. Also not far from Perth Railway station

Cons:

Room faced the street. Despite closing windows, heard pedestrian traffic signals clicking each time. A number of people calling out in the street below our windows, plus sirens of police cars interrupted night sleep over two nights
