Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Personal freundlich. Es gab immer saubere Handtücher.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat ein Schrank gefehlt, so dass unsere Koffer auf dem Boden im Zimmer lagen. Da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben, wären Teller u Besteck auf dem Zimmer wünschenswert. Auf Nachfrage im Hotel erhielten wir Einwegteller u -besteck.
Die Hotelgäste waren mitunter zweifelhaft.

Overall a great gem of a place so close to Perth Underground Train station and the shopping area
Pros:

Check in very smooth. Room very clean and the bed comfortable .. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Location very close to the Perth Underground station approx 7 min walk.
Shops including Woolworths supermarket 6 min walk as are cafes and Forest Place.

Cons:

Pillows hard.. could do with changing as were flat and hard.
A lot of steps led to the property...not easy to negotiate with luggage

Overall I was very impressed with the Hotel.

Lovely clean and surprisingly larger than expected room.

Cons:

Room was not made the second day of my stay when I returned at 12noon. Requested towels were at least replaced.
