Good city centre location
Pros:

The location is perfect if you have business in the CBD. The rooms are spacious enough and clean. Beds are comfy. Lots of food options nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful

Cons:

We couldnt control the AC so on warm nights it was a bit stuffy. You can open the windows but then the noise in the street can get through.

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Location was good

Cons:

The Ac cannot be put on cooling in winter due to setting that cant be changed, got to my room and it was 32 deg c and no way to cool it off.

Disappointing; thankfully we don't have to use an access room as the norm.
Pros:

Great central location with carpark nearby. Staff are friendly, and beds are comfy.

Cons:

Allocated an access room. Poor design with minimal space for toiletries at sink, poor drainage of wet room/walk-in shower which made the floor slippy and we had to cover the floor in towels just to move about. Hairdryer was awful, so loud it made me jump when I first turned it on and nearly dropped it. It also vibrated and left my hand feeling numb, it felt and sounded more like a power tool. If I had a disability, I would have felt like no care or thought had been put into the design of a space specifically for me.
