La ubicación y habitación familiar era grande

Cons:

El desayuno escaso. Y los huéspedes teníamos que avisar cuando se terminaba comida oara que la repusieran. El precio me parece elevado para el servicio que prestan

great location, good looking hotel but missing team management
Pros:

Location was excellent, reception staff friendly, complimentary dinner and fika option

Cons:

the hotel is quite big and to our opinion focused on big groups coming what we could see during our 3 days´stay nearly every day
only one coffee machine was working aftre the big groups left - which did not leave us with a good feeling (are they rather focused on big groups only?)
what definitely needs improvement is coordination between reception and catering personnel - we were promised a dinner after late arrival (thank you receptionist) but the catering personnel were not aware of it; whern they found it we were served very unfriendly
fika on day 2 was available as per the reception and even by the bar team - but in reality there was none - so we need to remind them several times only after they realized noone brought it to the public.. by our beleive there si no manager/coordinator of the teams in the hotel...
the room was nice and spacious but needs some in deep cleaning of upholstery, carpets and bathroom
We have experienced the same network just few days ago - Home Hotel in Oslo and the experience was very different (means many levels up..) from this one

Hotel zadbał o to by pierwszy wypad do Norwegii nie był ostatnim.
Pros:

Bliskość do portu Bryggen, okolicznych atrakcji i całego miasta w zasadzie , pyszne jedzenie, szeroki wybór wszystkiego. Absolutnie głodni nie chodziliśmy. Wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Brak. Otrzymałem dokładnie to czego się spodziewałem.

Az elhelyezkedés fantasztikus, a szobák jól felszereltek, a kilátás bámulatos.

Cons:

Vacsoránál szűk a választék, ami minket nem zavart, mert az ételek finomak voltak. A reggeli picit káoszos a csúcsidőben.

Dinner was included in the price. It was poor. No choices. No options for vegetarians.
Also no service staff and had to clear own plates etc. Not a great experience.

Aangenaam hotel met een paar verbeter punten.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker.
De kamers waren oké.
De ligging was zeer goed.

Cons:

De bedden waren te zacht.
Het avond eten was niet lekker.
Personeel was niet altijd vriendelijk.
Hygiëne kon iets beter.
