Short stay to see Bergen central sights, in comfortable hotel which could do more for vegetarians.
Pros:

The room was a good size and facilities were fine. Breakfast was good. We had to leave by 7am on the second day so could not eat breakfast then. Tea and coffee (and cake in the afternoon) facilities were excellent. The hotel's location was excellent for seeing the centre of the city.

Cons:

On our first evening the hot dish for supper was meat lasagne. My wife does not eat meat. She had to ask for another option and what was brought to her (heated up fish with some potatoes) was not an adequate substitute. She reported this to reception staff and the next evening the chef prepared a fish casserole dish which was tasty and enjoyable.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen. Direkt um die die Ecke die Altstadt Bryggen. Etwas enge Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel, war sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Abendessen hatte die Qualität von einem schlechten Kantinenessen.

It was ok for a 2 night stay.
Pros:

Everything is ok.

Cons:

The topper on my bed. It was not a mattress just a thin topper which shifted badly and I slid on the floor in the morning bruising my buttock. Restaurant was short staffed.

Excellent value; two meals included was a definite bonus
Pros:

Very good breakfast and dinner. Dinner included was a total surprise. It was a simple meal but sufficient. Three salads were a nice bonus. We always appreciate veggies while traveling.

Excellent location, comfy beds, friendly staff and helpful on a budget.
Pros:

Very good choice of breakfast, complimentary fika and okay dinner, though vegetarian options could have been better. Saves a lot of money on eating in local restaurants as Bergen eateries are very expensive.

Cons:

Room cleaning could have been better. No daily cleaning, bed making etc as standard. We did ask for clean towels which were put in place but no bins emptied in our four night stay.
The ( complimentary) coffee was awful!

la ubicación, muy bien, se puede ir a todos lados caminando.

Cons:

el desayuno hay que reponer más rápido : maquina de café, maquina de jugos, jugos naturales, croissants, hubo que esperar que las máquinas volvieran a funcionar después de rellenarlas.

Nice place to stay in the heart of Bergen
Pros:

The location was great if you want to experience the main harbor, fish market, shopping and funicular. The breakfast was very good the dinner was nice.

Cons:

Our room was a little dark and no AC. You probably rarely need AC in Bergen though.

I would recommend this hotel based on location and value.
Pros:

I love the location and the rooms feel modern and comfortable. We were surprised to learn that dinner was included as was breakfast.

La ubicación es excelente muy cerca de todo

Cons:

No te limpian el cuarto si no lo pides Lo cual me pareció una vergüenza para un hotel que se dice de 4 estrellas Volvimos de un paseo a las 4 PM y es cuarto estaba como lo habíamos dejado y la respuesta fue que teníamos que pedir la limpieza.
Eso nunca lo había visto en ningún lado .

Pros:

We liked being close to most everything we wanted to do and see. The front staff were incredible!! The rooms were large and comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We weren't told that we got dinner with our rooms, only breakfast. We didn't find out until the 3rd day. The food was just ok. We went elsewhere for drinks
The hotel was hot which limited our ability to sleep. I would have liked if someone would have come around to check on our room or; to take garbage out. We saw no one.
