Perfect hotel to explore Bergen
Pros:

We loved our stay here! It was in the perfect location in the heart of Bergen within an easy walk of all the key attractions and the train station.
Our included breakfast and dinner was great and the Harbour room was huge with an amazing view

Cons:

The couch bed was originally uncomfortable but when I told staff they quickly fixed it and I had a comfy next night.

I would definitely stay here again because they literally saved our trip.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Loved all the meals!! Room on 7th floor was amazing! Everyone was very accomodating. They were there for us when we needed them TWIICE at the spur of the moment. They were life saving!

Pros:

The hotel has good location and close to Bryggen by foot, the hotel also provides good breakfast and has more food varieties and the dinner included in the room rate. The room has big space included 2 rooms for 3 of us.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms and it would be better to have the rooms close together or in the same floor.

I wouldn’t rush back to this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was a good location for sight seeing and getting around the city. The reception staff were very helpful and it was nice to get some cake in the afternoon with a drink when we came back. The rooms were basis but ok.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor quality and the coffee machine didn’t work when I asked the staff they said they were going to look at them after breakfast so there was none available. The selection of breakfast wasn’t great. We didn’t bother to try the evening food.
