Мне все понравилось, очень рекомендую этот отель. Сотрудники заботливые и приветливые, все хорошо, начиная от полотенец и постельного белья до завтраков, вкусные коктейли в баре, готовят вкусно. В номерах чисто и все новое, прекрасно высыпались благодаря очень качественному матрасу. Все очень ненавязчиво. Я себя чувствовала здесь как дома. Когда буду в Вене в след раз, выберу этот отель.
Top comfort and impeccable service. We loved all the little attention (warm tea ready in the evening, welcome drink, little chocolate…), location was perfect & we enjoyed the spa (even if the steam room was too hot for my liking).

Excellent service from the start, helpful staff, and attentive when we needed some additional help. For example, our room had a lovely terrace that hadn't been used since last year. When we asked to use it, they sent someone right away to clean it for us, and this was at 7pm, when we had just checked in. The food in the hotel was very good as we didn't have time to go out for dinner. Location is also very good but it's a 12-15 minute walk to Stephenplatz, which is fine but this hotel isn't exactly in the center in case someone tells you it is. That said, love it!
We had one of the largest suites in the hotel, but the main bathroom is VERY small and almost too small to get into the shower. Even though the design is lovely, for the size of the suite, they had enough room to make the shower and bathroom area much larger - for example, the Rosewood Vienna has smaller suites but with very spacious bathrooms.
The room, the location, the bar, the spa - all excellent
O atendimento da equipe é impecável e torna a experiência ainda mais especial. Durante a estadia, o quarto recebia duas arrumações diárias, sempre acompanhadas de delicados mimos. O banheiro conta com secador Dyson e excelentes itens de higiene, detalhes que reforçam a sensação de conforto e cuidado em cada momento. A localização também é um grande destaque: privilegiada e praticamente ao lado do Musikverein, um dos endereços mais emblemáticos de Viena e palco dos concertos mais tradicionais da cidade.
Os quartos têm dimensões mais compactas, em linha com o estilo urbano da propriedade, e o colchão apresenta uma proposta de firmeza mais acentuada.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa gracias a un equipo humano excepcional. Queremos hacer un agradecimiento especial a Patrick y Claudine en recepción, por su cercanía, profesionalidad y por ayudarnos con todo tipo de recomendaciones y reservas turísticas. También a Víctor y Linda en el bar: sus cócteles son increíbles y su trato hizo que cada momento fuera aún más especial.
La habitación es preciosa, cuidada hasta el último detalle, con amenities de Acqua di Parma que marcan la diferencia. Además, cada noche tienen el bonito gesto de llevarte un té a la habitación, lo que aporta un toque acogedor único.
El café también es excelente, un detalle que disfrutamos muchísimo durante toda la estancia.
La limpieza es impecable; las chicas de housekeeping son encantadoras y realizan un trabajo excelente. El spa es fantástico, ideal para relajarse después de un día de turismo.
La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés y de las mejores tiendas.
Sin duda, es un hotel altamente recomendable. Volveremos con total seguridad.
Como pequeña observación, el colchón nos resultó un poco duro para nuestro gusto, aunque queremos destacar el gran detalle y la rapidez del equipo al colocar un topper para hacerlo más cómodo. También el aire acondicionado era algo difícil de manejar al principio, pero son detalles menores dentro de una experiencia excelente.
