Pros:

We asked for backyard room which was very quiet. The room was very clean and there was room service twice a day. The breakfast was delicious. The spa! Definitely I recommend to try this relaxing pool. We asked for firmer pillows and even late at night they bring us different pillows until we found what we were comfortable with, the way they take care of our requests was quite appealing to me! It was my birthday during our stay and they kindly made it so special to me. I really appreciate all staffs specially Saghar, she was so kind and thoughtful by give us some packed breakfast when we were leaving too early!

Apart from the Negroni, I love this hotel!!
Pros:

I like almost everything about this wonderful hotel - the staff, the location, the food and the fabulous decor, which is a great mix of new and old. I wish all hotels I stay in were as good and took such care as this one!

Cons:

I have one very tiny but not unimportant gripe: in the very nice bar, they make a feature of making their own cocktails. I have no problem with barmen being inventive but this shouldn’t be to the exclusion of the classics. Unfortunately it was impossible to get a classic Negroni (they don’t even stock Campari!). I was prepared to put up with the house gin (I usually have my own preference) and the house vermouth (which was ok but really nothing special) but a Campari substitute, which tasted unpleasant, was several steps too far! It ceased to be a Negroni at this point!!! Any 5* hotel bar needs to be prepared to make a cocktail the classic way, if that’s what the customer wants. I dread to think what they would do to a Vesper Martini.
