Un'autentica esperienza di lusso nel cuore di Vienna

Il The Amauris è senza dubbio uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. La posizione è eccezionale, nel cuore di Vienna e a pochi passi dai principali monumenti. Appena usciti ci si trova immersi nell'atmosfera della Vienna storica.
L'hotel coniuga perfettamente lusso, eleganza e calore. Gli ambienti sono raffinati, impreziositi da quadri e opere d'arte e curati in ogni dettaglio. Persino la hall è caratterizzata da un profumo piacevolissimo e inconfondibile, che si iniziava a percepire già dal piazzale davanti all'ingresso. Un dettaglio fantastico che racconta bene la ricerca della perfezione. Un dettaglio apparentemente piccolo, ma capace di rendere ancora più speciale il momento del rientro in hotel. Quel profumo diventava quasi il segnale di essere tornati “a casa”. Fantastico
Fin dall'arrivo si percepisce una straordinaria attenzione verso l'ospite. Check-in comodamente seduti in poltrona con un bicchiere di prosecco, personale sempre attento e disponibile e la piacevole sensazione di sentirsi subito a casa.
Bellissima anche la nostra camera Deluxe, molto ampia, elegante e progettata con grande attenzione ai particolari. Materiali, arredi, illuminazione e finiture trasmettono una sensazione di qualità in ogni elemento.
Eccezionale anche la colazione, con piatti preparati al momento da due chef e presentati con una raffinatezza quasi da ristorante gastronomico. Ho adorato il waffle caldo e croccante, accompagnato da una deliziosa crema. Tutto ciò che abbiamo assaggiato era eccellente e presentato magnificamente.
The Amauris riesce a offrire un lusso autentico senza mai risultare freddo o formale. Ci si sente coccolati, non semplicemente ospitati.
Un soggiorno davvero speciale. Tornerei senza esitazione. Assolutamente consigliato.

Cons:

Sinceramente faccio fatica ad individuare aspetti da migliorare. Il livello del servizio, la qualità degli ambienti e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative di un hotel di questa categoria, e in diversi aspetti le hanno superate.

בזכות Balazs. אשר פעל בהגדלת ראש יוצאת דופן, היה קשוב אדיב והעניק יחס חם ומקצועי ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. השירות שלו שדרג באופן משמעותי את חווית האירוח שלנו.

Cons:

התאכזבתי מגישת המלון בכל הנוגע לנושא הטיפוח והתמרוקים. כאשר ביקשתי דוגמית קטנה של קרם שאהבתי למזכרת, נתקלתי בחוסר נדיבות ובדרישה לתשלום סכום מופרז ובלתי סביר. מצופה ממלון ברמה זו להפגין רוחב לב וחווית שירות נדיבה יותר כלפי אורחיו.

Location is great, staff every friendly and excellent breakfast. Great for travelling with pets! Expensive but new, good facilities and service. We will definitely stay again.

Der Aufenthalt war Außergewöhnlich. Wir kommen definitiv im Spätjahr wieder.
Pros:

Extrem perfekter zuvorkommender Service. Sehr freundliches und vor allem Vorausschauendes Personal. Wir sind öfters in Hotels dieser Klasse, aber der Service hier war der Beste den wir in den letzten Jahren hatten.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was super comfortable, beautiful, and the overall service was just amazing.
A special thanks to the sweetest Hungarian-speaking staff member from Nagyvárad, he was so kind and constantly put a smile on our faces. The Hungarian waiter at breakfast was also ultra-friendly and attentive!
And speaking of breakfast: it was mind-blowingly delicious, insanely flavorful, and beautifully presented.
We loved every second of our stay, will definitely be back, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

Lujo y diseño en el centro de Viena.
Pros:

La ubicación, diseño, limpieza, comodidad.
Muy recomendable. Es un hotel con un precio elevado porque lo merece. Alta calidad en todo.

Cons:

A mi no me gusta que el desayuno sea a la carta. Prefiero bufet, ya que pagas un precio elevado por desayunar, las opciones que te ofrece una carta son mucho más limitadas.
La wifi en nuestra habitación no funcionaba. El personal hizo todo lo posible por arreglar el problema, pero finalmente no lo consiguieron.
