Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, obsługa bardzo miła. Dostaliśmy upgrade co bardzo pomogło bo pokoje malutkie - jak to w Paryżu. Kawa pyszna.

Cons:

Karta do pokoju nam nie działała prawie za każdym razem jak wracaliśmy do pokoju. Warto byłoby się przyjrzeć temu problemowi. I na śniadanie mógłby być większy wybór.

Below expectations. Poorly managed.

The location was good. Google maps suggests wrong station though.

Cons:

During my stay in France, I split my time between a 5-star château and a small-village 3-star hotel. Without having unreasonable expectations, I can confidently say Hotel Brittany (apart from its location) offers a subpar experience.

The Room is unsuitable for families and has poor Layout. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is useless if you still have to enter the occupied bathroom just to wash your hands. Also, once the sofa bed is unfolded, it leaves a tiny 30 cm gap, obstructing the main walkway to the bedroom and bathroom.

The Breakfast was chaos: Two days in a row, the breakfast room was entirely full. The two hard-working staff members were overwhelmed, forcing us to wait in a tiny space. I watched them rush around lifting heavy tables to combine them for us, only to realize the tables were different heights and redo the whole process. Worse, the tables were unstable. While seating myself, I naturally rested my feet on the table's central pedestal base. The table tilted, and the scrambled eggs landed straight onto the last clean pair of pants I had for the trip. The manager’s defensive solution? Told me I should have ordered room service instead - the problems with space would be gone. Brilliant! To top it off, they ran out of classic croissants-a staple across literally all French hotels.

What finally prompted this review is the billing. I requested an invoice at check-in. It wasn't ready at checkout, so they promised to email it. After 10 days of silence, I emailed a reminder. A few more days have passed, and still no response. In Poland, this would imply the owner is dodging VAT; I am not sure what it means in France, but it is highly unprofessional.

Handwritten notes and welcome gifts mean nothing when management ignores the most basic, practical elements of hospitality.

ホテルのスタッフの方々がすてきで親切です。場所も便利で、ホテルの周りには美味しいレストラン、ベーカリー、パティスリーなど、たくさんあります。朝食がとても美味しい。部屋は可愛く、空調もよく、ロクシタンのアメニティも嬉しいポイントです。
