They had to change my room because the room I was in. I was being bit up by bugs. I refused to stay there an expert night. I was told to contact you to reimburse me for the second night, but so far have not been able to get a hold of anyone at booking.com. The manager said he would reimburse me the cost of the second night.
I was beat up by bugs in my initial room. You can tell the door has been kicked in before. It was a mess. Nothing matched shampoo from one place soap from another was a mess.
Este hotel es uno de mis favoritos para pasar la noche y descansar, ya que es totalmente familiar el desayuno esta muy completo y super bien atendido, habitaciones y comedor comun super limpio.
El colchon era muy blando me undia en el y no pude descansar como hubiese querido.

The room smelled bad, the AC seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. It was difficult to sleep.

Rooms are very outdated and dirty. Tub has stains, and on my second room the the tv stand has a sticky stains. Sheets aren't clean as well.
