Fantastic building which image is deteriorated by the Mac Donald Burger shop in the front of this UNESCO palace.

Bu fiyat bu otel için çok pahalı. Kesinlikle bu fiyata değecek bir otel değil.
Cons:

Tesis çok eski. Bazı yorumlarda yenilendiğini yazdıkları için tercih etmiştim ama çok pişman oldum. Hem çok eski hemde temiz değildi.

Great rest, close to everything
Pros:

It has a great location, at a walking distance to El Prado, Reina Sofía, El Retiro and Atocha station. The main bus lines passed right in front of the hotel. There are several restaurants nearby the hotel. The room was clean and the twin beds were comfortable. The room was soundproofed or at least I didn’t feel street noise even as the room’s window was by The Prado Avenue. The staff were always nice and polite. I liked the room distribution and the separation of the room to the closet and restroom area. I’d go back

Buenas, cuando realice la reserva decía claramente que tenía aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos al hotel, este no estaba en funcionamiento solo la calefacción y tuvimos calor en ciertos momentos del
Día y nos informaron que no era posible tener aire acondicionado. Creo que esto debe ser una decisión del cliente y no del hotel, todavía no estamos en época de inviernos fuerte y esto ocasionó que parte de nuestra estadía no fuera cómoda.
