Fantastic for transport (Atocha Station) and easy walking to amenities (especially Prado).
Pros:

We managed to book a top room with terrace: terrific! We also had a view of the park, which we had hoped for when booking, and the very kind and helpful Luis was able to arrange it.

Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé. Chambre petite mais compacte et extrêmement propre. Le petit-déjeuner est très agréable, bien présenté, large choix et de bons produits. Les horaires sont très flexibles.

Cons:

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner et du restaurant est très strict et parfois impoli (rude in english).
Onéreux. (la chambre est très petite)
Le personnel dans son ensemble parle très peu anglais.

Court mais intense séjour de trois jour à Madrid. Fort bel hôtel parfaitement situé.
Pros:

Très bel emplacement, chambre avec vue sur les arbres du Paseo del Prado et du parc del Retiro et sur la belle gare d'Atocha. Personnel attentif.

Cons:

Rien. Tout nous a semblé tout à fait correct.
