Bence aldığımız hizmete göre çok para ödedik.

Doğum günümü kutlamaları çok güzel hissettirdi.

Cons:

Yatak örtüleri söylemediğiniz takdirde üç günde bir değişiyormuş. Bunu anlayana kadar zaten biraz zaman geçti. Bir keresinde de resepsiyona söylememe rağmen havlu ve çarşaflar degiştirilmedi. Sanırım temizlik görevlilerine zamanında iletilmedi.

Hôtel très confortable, emplacement top au cœur de Madrid proche de tous les musées, silence absolu malgré la proximité du boulevard. Personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner très varié et gourmand.

Decepción
Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción

Cons:

Si bien la atención del personal de recepción fue amable, no solamente fue poco eficaz. Unos días antes de mi viaje hice un pedido a una tienda para ser entregado el día de mi llegada. El pedido llegó pero rechazaron la entrega. No encontraron la reservación a mi nombre y en vez de verificar simplemente lo rechazaron y no pude llevar conmigo la compra.
